Boasting direct beachfront access and endless views of the Gulf from the private balcony, this condo also includes the use of a sparkling beachfront pool, offering endless options for fun in the sun. Stroll down the beach to the nearby Navarre Fishing Pier, or take the community multi-use path to Sound Side Park where you can book a fishing charter. Gift shops and some great dining options are also within walking distance from home.

At the condo, you'll enjoy the scenic private balcony for everything from morning coffee to sunset cocktails. Cable TV is equipped inside for casual home entertainment. The full kitchen makes at-home meal planning a breeze, and there's even a dishwasher provided for stress-free cleanup. Everyday essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo suited our needs. We’ve stayed at Emerald Surf many times but first time in this condo. Nothing fancy, but good place to stay. Had everything we needed but do recommend replacing the cushions outside. They were in terrible condition. I saw someone complain about them in a review from august. We stayed in October and they’re still not replaced

Our stay was very nice. Master bed was very comfortable. Check in process very smooth. All the amenities were very nice. The sliding door to balcony would not lock, but there was a pole laid in the track to keep door from opening. Other than that everything was very good.

Our stay in this condo at Navarre Beach was fantastic! The condo was very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. The a/c worked great, thank goodness because we had a couple very hot days while we were there. The washer/dryer came in very handy as well. We loved having a balcony that extended to the master bedroom. It was convenient being on the first floor, we still had a beautiful view of the beach and just a short walk to the pool/beach. The boardwalk and showers were great and the pool was always perfectly clean. We also loved the little coffee truck across the street that was just a short walk away. We can’t wait to go back!

Long Weekend Getaway

This condo was a great property with great ocean views. Only complaint I have would be some of the most recent complaints about the toilets not flushing good. Other than that we loved and would definitely stay again. Just disappointed we couldn’t walk out to the beach. Doing restoration from erosion from Hurricane Sally. Felt like we were in a construction zone 24/7. And they worked 24/7.

Perfect relaxing spot

avoid if you have any sensitivity to mold.

We were scheduled to stay in this unit for 3 nights. After the first night we felt very ill. We were all fatigued and my daughter who has a mold allergy became very itchy. We contacted the customer support and told them we could not stay there another night and left that evening. There was no partial refund or replacement unit offered. I would avoid this location if you have ever had any sensitivity to mold. We will not be booking with vacasa again.

Love Navarre

We had a great stay in Navarre. We loved the location of Emerald Surf. The condo was clean and had all amenities we needed. The condo could stand an update, the smaller bedroom needs either a ceiling fan or a portable fan as it gets warm. Toilets need to be looked at, they seem to run constantly. Please fix the gate going from the condos to the pool, the latch was not working and is a safety hazard. The condo instruction book should be updated, there is no longer a trash shoot, so we had to search for the dumpster out by the road, and arm bands are no longer needed for the pool. We will stay at Emerald Surf again, the beach is not as crowded as at the high rise condos.

Perfect location

This condo is in the absolute best location. It’s so cute, and literally right on a private beach. Close to grocery and Walmart, and great restaurants. When not on the beach we were on the patio enjoying meals and watching paragliders. Definitely will stay here again!
