Private Pool/Spa/Spend Labor Day with a Pool!

Please note: The pool/spa and decking are being redone in October. The pool and spa will NOT be available November 18 - December 18th. Pricing has been updated. All the construction will be completed by November 18th. The pool and spa need to cure.

The new pool will be 6 feet deep at one end with a ledge/baja bench at the other end. New photos will be uploaded in early November.

Imagine yourself lounging in your private pool and spa watching a luminous sunset on the horizon over the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. You will not want to leave this six-bedroom, two-level home carefully designed to take advantage of several breathtaking unobstructed ocean and sunset views. One of the home's many highlights includes a patio for comfortable lounging, easy outdoor cooking, and al fresco dining for eight guests. Add a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, and gorgeous views and you will know that you are experiencing a little bit of heaven on earth. The exquisite upper-level patio/deck with all the amenities you could ask for to accompany the stellar pool and hot tub. You can literally spend all day and evening here relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying.

The spacious living room offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views. Besides comfortable furnishings, you will also have a fireplace and a large flatscreen TV to enjoy. Or you can slip through the glass sliders and enjoy the ever-changing ocean landscape from a patio just outside. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all of the appliances and space you need to cook family meals. Beautiful views prevail in the kitchen and also in the dining nook that seats four. A large dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats eight guests. Also located on the main level are three of the six bedrooms.

Wake up in the morning after a night's sleep to ocean views from the main bedroom which features a king bed, a large flatscreen TV, and a recently remodeled full en suite bath. Sliding doors to an outside patio make it easy to enjoy the exquisite views any time of day or night. The second main level bedroom also features magnificent ocean views, a king bed, and a flatscreen TV. The third main-level bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flatscreen TV. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bath with an ocean view shower. Three additional bedrooms can be found down the steps on the lower level of the house. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, and a flatscreen TV. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, a 3/4 en suite bath, and doors to an outside patio. The sixth bedroom doubles as a second living room and is perfect for the kids as it offers a large flatscreen TV, a fireplace, a couch, a queen bed, and a foosball table. Just outside there is patio seating where you can also enjoy the view. The fourth and sixth bedrooms share a 3/4 bath accessible from the hallway.

This is a multi-level home with 8-10 steps between each level.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

After November 2023 new pool photos will be updated. The pool will be 6 feet deep and have a baja bench.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Ocean Sands Vacation Rentals.
