Spread out on 150 feet of waterfront, swim in the famously crystal-clear water, or soak up the sun on the platform attached to the end of the dock. The large yard is perfect for sports activities and a cookout on the gas grill. At night, gaze at the stars while roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, creating memories that will keep you warm all winter. This cottage offers an open floor plan, so if you are cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, you can still be part of the fun. Enjoy your meals on the big front deck to enjoy the sun. Whether you spend your time enjoying all the lake has to offer, visiting the shops in Bellaire and Alden, golfing at one of the area's world-class courses, sampling craft beers at Short's Brewery or wine at nearby vineyards, you will have the best week of your summer. For boaters, the property has a brand-new mooring anchor for renters to use. Sorry, no air conditioning, but it has an attic house fan pulling up cool air from the basement, and refreshing breezes off the lake through the windows. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time. A few simple rules: No parties, additional guests, camping or campers, excessive noise, smoking, or pets.
We require that all renters be 25 years of age or older.
