The Summit PCB 221 ** 1 Bed, 1.5 Bath ** 2nd floor & Great Location!

This deluxe Summit Beach Resort condominium is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 2nd floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

-Summit does not allow pets

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A minimum initial payment of $325 is due at time of booking. Final payments are due 35 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 35 days, payment in full is due at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Cashier's Checks, Checks and Money Orders. Checks, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Initial payment amount may vary based on the booking avenue.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

Great location, could use some repairs

The location was great! Check in and out very easy. There were a few things that could use repairs, and the cleaning could have been a bit better, but had a great stay!

Well taken care of unit , felt warm and Cozy

We have stayed at the summit 5 times ,, This unit is the best !! clean, comfortable, Great location on the second floor because the elevator was being replaced and walking the one flight was no problem we were right over the pool could see the beautiful water in the pool I will rent this unit again I loved it

Condo was nice- accurate description Cleaning crew prior to our stay could have done a better job, but not too bad. 2nd floor balcony gave you a view of the beach that was nice. The summit’s grounds are very nice- clean, secure, friendly staff. Pools are clean, well maintained. Tiki bar is fun

Di not stay here!

The summit is a dump. Cono was fine for 4 adults but i would have been uncomfortable with small kids. Broken door, dirty shower curtain, tub wouldnt drain, dirty couches.

Overall it was fine except few little things need attention….pocket door broken, coffee maker didn’t work, couch had sand on it upon arrival and chair on balcony was broken. My coffee drinking wife was the most disappointed.

Nothing great but it was fair.

Parking permit took 3 days to acquire. Same with wristbands. Had a mouse running around in the livivg room. Not a good experience.

Disappointed In Our Stay at Summit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Summit condo in PCB for a few years and have always been happy with our room until this year. When we arrived, the floors were so filthy that I immediately had to sweep and mop. There were two refrigerators which I thought was odd. One of them did not work and the other leaked so much that I cleaned a puddle of water up every morning. The knob in the shower was broken so we could not adjust the water temperature. The batteries in the tv remote were dead. Both bathroom sinks were clogged. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay as there were so many issues in our room that just made it uncomfortable.

Love the summit but the refrigerator leaked.

We always book at the summit. This time the refrigerator leaked the whole time due to the temperature of the refrigerator . Maintenance came twice and soaked up the water but that was it. It was never resolved. Very disappointing as we had food that went bad as well!

Weekend getaway with family turned up side down

Do NOT go to this resort!!! It has a bed bug infestation and not properly handled. Smells like pot on the grounds and is the building is falling apart. Will NOT recommend ever. I mean come on it has Bed Bugs people!!!! Management offered another room but couldn’t help thinking this room possibly is contaminated as well since staff obviously is not doing their job. Will not recommend or be returning.

Nice location but the place was in bad shape.

The sofa had cereal in it from previous guest. The balcony had a chair with a cracked leg on it so when I sat in it I fell over to the ground. Luckily I didn’t get hurt. Pepperoni on balcony from previous guest. The sliding door that separate tha bathrooms did not work so it was basically a 1 bathroom. The roof had leaked leaving behind what appeared to be mold on the mirrors and ceiling. Other than that it was great.

very average

it was a decent condo overall. lots of small things broken , but nothing that overl affected the stay. the owners/managers are completely unresponsive unless it's to get something they need. I asked a question prior to checking in through the number they supplied and never got a response. condition of the condo is very average overall. we've stayed in a few summit condos and the this one's location on the 2nd floor is very much it's best attribute since it's near the stairs and the elevators at the summit are absolutely horrible. the registration and check in process here does require way more from the renter that all other condos I've rented in the past as well.

A major let down

The unit was extremely dirty! Mold in the bathroom and all over the shower curtain. Floors and base boards were filthy …. And a large bug or rat trap im visible site from the couch..gross!!!… to top it off when we folded out the couch to get ready for bed it had DIRTY USED sheets and DIRTY EAR PLUGS.. … no sheets or other bedding for us to replace with… the owner of the property ignored every message we sent them about all the issues we had including the water being turned off!! We have stayed at the summit before and had a wonderful experience ( In a different unit ) but I would NOT recommend this unit to any one

disappointing

I fought fruit flies coming out of the kitchen sink for 12 days. Tried vinegar traps and even bought a bug zapper trap. still had issues. Water leaking in fridge from somewhere wetting all my food. Never could find leak. Had tv remote issues in bedroom I had to replace. Dryer is extremely loud. Pool closed nightly at dusk due to lighting issues I was told. I went to "office" on arrival with these issues and was told I need to contact property manager but they didnt have their number. I thougtht there would be help on sight with all the "FEES" attached to my base rental rate.I also had to buy spik and span to clean the floors the day I arrived they were so nasty. Back to Club Wyndham for me!
