Enjoy the spectacular views from this renovated 10th-floor condo from the private balcony, watching the waves hit the sugar-white beach below. There is nothing more beautiful. With its fresh interior and easy beach access, this is truly the setting for your dream vacation.



From the balcony, you'll walk into this spacious, open living room, a lovely place to unwind after a long day in the surf and sand, a swim, beach-combing, or a sunny tennis match. Sink into the deep, cushioned couch and put your feet up, or relax in the comfortable loveseat, so everyone can enjoy a movie together on the LCD HDTV. A perfect way to finish a perfect day!



The open kitchen spills into a breakfast bar and adjacent dining table. You`ll love the fully appointed, convenient kitchen, stocked with all major and minor appliances you may need during your vacation stay, and a complete set of cookware, utensils, and dishes. Whether planning to prepare multi-course home-cooked meals during your vacation or relying on the many restaurants that offer takeout, you`ll appreciate the handy microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and icemaker. Stock up on groceries once at the store, fill the fridge and cupboards, and you`re ready!



After a fun day at the beach or an evening out in town, you`ll enjoy lying your head on the primary bedroom`s comfortable king-size mattress. The primary bedroom also includes beautiful upscale furnishings and a 32" LCD TV, which has been mounted to free up space. If you have more than a couple of guests with you, you`ll also enjoy the bunk beds, which are conveniently located near the half-bath. The primary bath includes a tub/shower combo with a pocket door for complete privacy and its own vanity. Both bathrooms have been completely upgraded with new vanities and beautiful solid-surface tops.



Panama City Beach is a great destination for a couple`s weekend or a family vacation. The Summit offers the perfect balance of a relaxing atmosphere and modern amenities. When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Quick Trip

Great location, and the room was great. Didn’t realize there was no bathtub. We made it work, but our 2 year old typically still takes baths. Either way. Great place.

As advertised

Unit is as advertised, clean and nice. Heated pools were warm and operational, the beach is great. The communication with the owner, Funquestvr.com was good. They were quite responsive. Only one flaw: once our keypad at the door to the unit locked us out. When we called Funquest, they sent someone quickly. But they did not really repair it / change the battery. So it happened again the next evening. Not perfect when you are wet and cold coming from the beach or pool area with a child. But after a few attempts, we got back in (was our last evening).

Siunce everything worked that day, it was believe to be the issue until it started acting up again the next day. It has since been handled. It was a pleasure having you and hope you come vsiit again!

The room we chose was supposedly unavailable? Not sure why. We were moved to a different unit 6-7 rooms down the hall. The whole weekend no work was performed on the balconies near either unit which was why we were supposedly moved. The unit we were moved to was nothing like the unit we viewed on your site. We were totally disappointed with the unit we were moved to. This property is older and we chose the unit that had been updated. Well after we were moved we were given a unit that was pretty much original to the date of original construction. It was old and dated. There were so many things that were wrong with the unit it was ridiculous. I believe there was no reason we couldnot have stayed in the original unit that we booked unless it didn’t really exist? We feel like it was a bait and switch deal. We sent several notes to the property management and not much was done to appease us. Really a sad and bad experience.

Unfortunately, we had to relocate you to a comparable unit in the same grade due to the ongoing building-wide balcony construction schedule. Even when it appears that no active work is taking place, we are required to follow the contractor’s schedule and safety restrictions for all affected units. We truly regret that this impacted your stay and that the alternate unit did not meet your expectations. As mentioned, we offered a full refund option at the time to ensure you had flexibility in how to proceed. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to host you despite these circumstances. Your comments have been shared with our team.

Loved the room and view!! Hated the wait on elevator

We loved our room and it was mostly clean, however we did notice some hairs stuck to the shower wall when we first got there that was pretty gross. I loved the view and the fact we had beach chairs with our room was a real selling point. Everything was convenient from check in to check out. Loved having parking pass and wrist bands waiting on us in the room . The only real downside to staying on a higher level of a high rise is the very long wait on the elevators . I would definitely consider a lower level in the future.

I take pride in the units, as if they were my own, by maintaining the units in the best possible way from cleanliness to maintenance. I do apologize for the problem with the shower, which I would have had taken care of immediately, had I known about it. We take pride in our cleaning, and that was unacceptable, so again, please accept my apology.The owner takes much pride in his unit and does updating in the unit every time he comes in, and it shows. Everything we needed!

The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed! View was outstanding, grounds, beach, pools and staff, etc.. were good. The only issue was waiting for elevators, be prepared to wait for loading and unloading when checking out, it was mass mahem but we understood! Also, we went in the heart of spring break so the night club across the street was loud but we slept right through after a long day at the beach :-) Kristen was on top of questions, responded right away and very dependable, thank you!!!

Perfect beach front condo

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful our stay was!! Everything was perfect. The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. We will be staying here next year. Me and one of my girlfriends stayed here for a girls trip and it was everything we needed and more. It was very easy to book, and Kristen Williams who answered all questions we had was awesome and so kind. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Summit Room 1030

We spent a week in Summit room 1030 and LOVED the room and the leasing agent, Kristen Williams. We were able to go straight to the room and found our car hang tag and the bracelets required with no need to check in at the office at all. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and the towels were soft and fluffy! We got our refund check within a week of returning home! The agent really is efficient and helpful, she made the week even more enjoyable because she was always there when needed. Loved everything about it! Would recommend this condo for anyone!

Me and my kids came down to PCB in may 2015. This was the best vacation arrangements to date. It was a very easy process. Braceletts and parking passes were waiting for us on the counter so we didn't waist time waiting in line to register. The room was great, clean and had everything we needed! Not a lot of clutter like some and the registration staff were very polite and knowlegable. Finally my searching is over. Will only be a matter of the dates! Will be returning! Thanks for a great vacation!!!
