This well-appointed Summit Beach Resort condominium is located at the 15-story complex. The Summit is centrally located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained unit offers an amazing gulf view from its beachfront balcony. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom, 1.5 baths, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 which is charged within 24 hours of your arrival date, and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee of $27. This registration includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27.

**The Summit Condominiums is undergoing a property-wide balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026, with dates subject to change based on weather and construction progress. During this period, balconies may be closed or partially closed, outdoor furniture may be stored inside the unit, and guests should expect noise and dust. While we will reaccommodate as able, no refunds, discounts, or guaranteed relocations will be provided. Thank you for your understanding while property improvements are being made!**

The living room view was great

The master bedroom, the bed was horrible. The mattress was not able to sleep on. I had to go get me a hotel room. The mattress was just that bad but overall the room was great. I want back-and-forth every morning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Summit overall was a nice place. Security guards were helpful with any questions we had. Anyone that vacations in PCB knows the elevator situation can be a nightmare, but even in the busiest times of day, the wait wasn’t too bad. The unit needs a lot of updating and a deep clean. There were the bare minimum of dishes and I would not plan on doing any major cooking with what is provided. Overall we still very much enjoyed our stay and felt our family of 5 had enough room.

Overall Pretty Good

Check in was a little complicated since they don’t let you on property with bracelets. But the bracelets are in the room… upon check in our patio door was a little broken (off the track) and hard to open. But overall the location, pools, hot tubs, and food and prime spot on the beach made the trip worth it. only complaint was the elevators being broken 24/7 and hiking to the 14th floor is rough but we needed the cardio so 🤷🏼‍♂️

Room has seen better days! Also floors not cleaned very well. Balcony door & screen broken. Light bulbs burned out. Dinette chair broken. Have to clean everything yourself before leaving. Cleaning service just changes linens & towels. Elevator was broken the entire time we were there.

Great Stay!!

The rental was relatively cheap for 6 people which was super nice and we all loved the beach view and how close we were to the ocean. the pools were super nice and bikini bob’s was our favorite place to eat during the day! The staff was super nice and The Summit is in a super good location with a lot to do around it. The room was a little older but for how cheap it was and the view I would stay there again!

PROPERTY YES, CONDO NO!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This review concerns JUST THE CONDO that we rented..we were very satisfied with the property grounds as a whole. We called the agency responsible for the condo & gave a list of SEVERAL issues that we found: bedroom & closet door would not stay open because the hinges were not screwed in properly, we considered the furnace closet a hazard as it was full of heavy dust/dirt, the kitchen counter backslash is delamiteing, the kitchen counter appeared to have burn marks that had been sanded smooth, sliding door screen needs bottom repaired, the couch could use an updating, as could the master bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, we had to constantly re-enter the main door lock code before we could get it to open. We would recommend The Summit for it's view, location, & amenities.
