Softball stay

We stayed here with family as my daughter was playing softball in Madeira Beach. It was a great location, close to grocery stores and John’s Pass. Loved the stay!

Review

Overall our stay here was great. The house is larger in person that it appears in pictures. It is a great layout for a group of friends. The check in and WiFi details were not accurate on the instructions provided which was frustrating. However, the owner was responsive.

Beautiful House, pool not heated though.

Beautiful house and location. Furniture is not the most comfortable and scarce, beds were great. Pool area and yard are beautiful, however felt we were misled on pool not being heated for that price and 75 bucks a day is high compared to other places we have stayed.

Great home for family time

There were 8 of us and the house was perfect to give everyone privacy but to also have good quality time while a tropical storm was going on.

Great Stay!

The house was exactly as it was described in the listing. The amenities were great and the location was excellent. Would recommend this property for large groups and especially families.

Exceeded our Expectations

The pictures on the website weren able to capture the size of rooms, the beauty of the decor nor the amenities that were available. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that was minutes from the beach, restaurants shopping and grocery stores. More importantly it was very clean.

Great House

House was spacious, very clean, recently remodeled. Nice having washer/dryer available along with things like tp, paper towels, dishwasher detergent. Felt safe in neighborhood, overall very pleased with rental.

Awesome property!!

Beautiful updated property! The house is huge! Plenty of space for our large extended family with all of the amenities we could hope for. Great location between Tampa and St. Pete. Overall...excellent experience!! We would definitely book again!!

Great trip!

The house is beautiful! It was perfect for my family and I. My daughter loved the pool! She swam so much! It was a great location to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and a lot of locations. The house was very clean when we arrived. The neighbor was calm and quiet. Great place for our vacation!

Great house in a great location!

We had a mini family reunion and the house was a great place for all of us to unwind and relax. The pool was great and we couldn’t get the kids out of it. The decor and remodeling were all very tastefully done. Only recommendations would be for more linens in the house and perhaps more seating in the living room. The pool was wonderful but there was an area where water appeared to have been pooling for awhile and the pool deck was very dirty and slippery in that section. It looks like they are working on the landscaping and it will just add to the beautiful outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house & great location

This is a great house. It is located on a quiet street, great for daily walks. It is very close to everything. Madeira Beach is just over the bridge, Publix around the corner, & Walmart Supercenter a mile away. I’m sharing the following, just so you know (stuff I want to know before booking). We had 4 adults & 4 kids ages 5-13. There were ample sleeping arrangements for all. Laundry is in the garage (no big deal, I just couldn’t find it at first LOL). Fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms with TP, toiletries, etc. However, only one towel per person. The closets did have beach towels though. Keurig coffee, no crock pot. Pool not heated, no cable TV, but streaming with SamsungTVPlus which has some local & live shows & then of course all the usual streaming apps. The main living space is quite large but definitely not laid out to take advantage of the size & number of people who would stay here. Furniture is VERY uncomfortable, seems like rental furniture vs someone’s home. A large sectional would be amazing. Based on location & space, I would definitely stay here again.
