First living level above covered parking — one flight of stairs to the beach, one flight down from the condo. The layout makes beach trips genuinely easy: park underneath, grab gear from the ground-level storage locker, up one flight to drop bags in the condo, then one flight down to the sand. Two flights total from car to beach. The elevated position gives better Gulf views and breezes than ground-level units without the haul of multiple stories.
The screened balcony is 148 square feet — 7'10" x 18'11" of Gulf-front outdoor living room with dining table, bar-height seating, and unobstructed views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the interior to the balcony. Morning coffee watching pelicans dive. Afternoon reading with the sound of surf. Evening cocktails as the sky turns gold and pink. Guests consistently describe this balcony as the reason they come back.
And they do come back — Sunset Terrace 108 has been creating the same family memories for over 30 years. Some guests have stayed four consecutive years. The uncrowded beach is part of why: no public beach parking nearby means the sand stays quiet, shared with fellow residents and locals who walked here rather than crowds from packed lots.
The entire back wall is glass — Gulf views flood the 1,075-square-foot interior with natural light. Blue sofas anchor the living room. The galley kitchen is equipped for extended-stay cooking. Both bathrooms have distinctive carved vanities and the master shower has what guests describe as legendary water pressure. Comfortable beds with consistently praised mattresses. Tile flooring throughout.
Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. In-unit full-size washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi. Cable TV with Netflix. Heated community pool.
Walk south to Bridge Street's restaurants, bars, and bay views. The free island trolley stops nearby — Publix, CVS, Walgreens, and dozens of restaurants accessible without moving the car.
One-week minimum stay. Covered parking for two vehicles underneath the building. Not pet-friendly.
