Sunset Terrace 201 Direct Gulf Front 2/2 Condo

Sunset Terrace Condo #201 is a newly renovated Gulf front condo with a heated pool, located at 2312 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach. It offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room.

This one bedroom, one and one half bath condo. It sleeps six with a Queen size bed, a sofa bed in the living room and bunk beds in the den. Enjoy your morning coffee from the screened porch overlooking the beach. This upper level, end unit has been lovingly maintained and provides every amenity for your comfort. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

There is a 42” television in the living room and a 32” television in the bedroom.

Covered parking and a heated pool complete the package.
-NO ELEVATOR AT SUNSET TERRACE CONDO

Sunset Terrace is a very popular Bradenton Beach rental so please book early!

One week minimum stay required

Relaxing Getaway

A week to just get away! Everything we were hoping for.. delivered. The place was super cute and everything we needed right on the beach! Definitely worth coming back!

Cute spot right on the beach

We've been coming to sunset terrace for a few years now and this was our first time staying in this unit. Being a one bedroom with den it is a little smaller than the other 2 bedrooms on property. Management company was great and communication was great. Upon arrival the floors felt a little gritty (but soon forgotten as it is a beach front unit). We had a great stay here.

Excellent Vacation

Unit was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the screen porch and great views. Only half of the sliding glass doors opened which was a bit of a bummer, but still got a nice breeze. The pool was clean and warm, and the complex was well-maintained and inviting. Overall a great place to stay!

Beachside condo

Very nice well kept condo. Only 1 and a half baths and second bedroom is very small but we didn’t spend much time inside anyway. Ocean view is wonderful

GREAT!

Came to visit family, the condo was lovely & had everything we needed. Screen doors off master need attention but we didn’t use that little balcony. Location on the beach was beautiful but the road noise was really loud by the pool & can be heard in the bedroom. Our favorite place was the gulf front balcony- beautiful views. Overall a really great place to stay!

Had enough towels and they were ok. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Would I rent again?? Yes, but I would bring a blow up mattress. Definitely 4 people max. Had no contact with the management company.

I grew up on the islands, and we visit when we can from living overseas and had a fun time at Sunset Terrace 201. Check in was easy, the place was spotlessly clean, and the view was lovely. The unit had everything one could need to cook or to spend time on beach with chairs and things in shed. If I had one complaint, it would be that there was no proper floor vacuum. Being there three weeks, I wanted to keep the place tidy, and broom sweeping the whole flat regularly was a bit of a pain. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return for sure!

We greatly enjoyed the lanai overlooking the beach and had many happy hours there. The privacy of this unit is also very appealing, being on the corner and away from most of the others. Island Vacation Properties is always pleasant to work with as well. We had a really great time trying to soak up some the last of Anna Maria's Old Florida atmosphere before it is destroyed by the politicians, developers, and of course the franchises which will follow. The changes are already underway and it is a bittersweet time to visit, but this little island is still lovely in its beauty and peacefulness. We have many sweet memories from many years right here on Anna Maria. We hope to make more.

Only time we missed was because of covid restrictions! The condo was very comfortable and the best part was the view from the balcony. We would walk early every morning up the beach. We saw baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean. Dolphins swimming in the ocean. Manatees just cruising past. Doesn’t get much better than that. The condo has everything you need. Great location parking and just close to the trolley bus to get around the island. Can’t wait to come back.

Balcony doors still haven’t been fixed to balcony. Towels and bed linens are terrible. They are tough and scratchy. Traffic noise is definitely an issue as others have reviewed. I used a sound machine and could still hear the road noise. The view from the balcony is limited to what’s in front of you but I believe they account for that on the price.

Clean and comfortable condo with covered parking! Quiet and serene, steps to the beach. Everything within reach. Amazing, continuous and friendly communication with Island Vacation Properties. Now, that's a vacation, when one doesn't have to worry about a thing. We love especially this part of the island, though any location on AMI is amazing, really! Everything is close! We love taking beach walks to the nearest restaurant (from this condo, it's a 15 minute leisure walk to Gulf Drive Cafe ~ lovely place with seating right on the beach) but if you must drive, it's never a long drive to anywhere on the island. Can't go wrong with any Island Vacation Property, and the beach front ones are especially amazing because you can't get any closer to the ocean! Paradise!Our stay at this condo was during Hurricane Idalia. Management was in constant communication about the changing conditions and updates. The island had to evacuate for a couple of days. Island Vacation Properties took care of us! We came home feeling great about our vacation, despite Mother Nature's wrath on Florida.

Nice Condo / Bad Sliding Doors

This is a cute unit with lots of great things about it. It is located beautifully on the beach, in a smaller condo building, on the south corner, upstairs. It is far enough away from the crowded north end of the island and the views from this unit are nothing short of spectacular! The unit is clean and the bed is comfortable, the linens are plentiful and clean, if not soft. (think hospital linens) There is parking underneath the building and the walk to the beach is a few steps down the stairs and onto the sand....perfect! There is one negative that will likely be a deal breaker for us in considering this unit in the future. The sliding doors to the patio are supposed to open completely to the left and right. The right side has a note on it to not open more than halfway due to being not level and presumably unable to be fixed. This will cause it to come off the track if opened. The left side door has no note on it but is obviously no longer level and in danger of coming off of the top track. This is only a matter of time if the issue is not addressed. When this door goes, it will be a catastrophe, particularly if someone is on the patio when it happens. We love so many things about the condo and it is a real shame that the owner/condo manager cannot get these doors fixed so that they are safe and in good working order. Otherwise, a great trip to a wonderful island. Sad to look for a new place to stay.

What I especially like is turning off the AC and opening the balcony doors for fresh air...and listening to the sound of the surf...something I couldn't do when I had a ground level rental.
