Relax and enjoy this luxurious, spacious, recently renovated Cape Cod condo with a water view and a private association beach.
Experience resort style living at your Cape Cod luxury condominium escape sitting on 20 oceanfront/beachfront acres. Views of the Herring River flowing out into Nantucket Sound can be seen throughout the condo where you can watch kayakers paddling down the river and numerous boats sail across the ocean. The photos do not fully capture how beautiful the water views are, especially on sunny days. You can also watch the sun rise and set over the water and quaint neighborhood reminiscent of ''Old Cape Cod.'' On windier days, you can hear the waves and smell the salty ocean air. Town fireworks displays are visible from the condo balcony on July 4th weekend.
The private balcony, private beach and lush landscaping in a gated community offers relaxation and tranquility away from busy summer crowds. A private oceanfront restaurant offers delightful fares and seasonal entertainment. The condominium also has a heated pool, tennis courts, fire pit, playground, sand volleyball court, pickleball courts, and bocce courts. This condo is perfect for longer stays.
Nearby, there are picturesque harbors and a variety of restaurants and boutique style shops on Main Street, Harwich Port. When venturing out, one has the added convenience of a central Cape Cod location from which to easily explore the entire peninsula. There are ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard as well as Monomoy Island close by. Less than one hour from Provincetown, Plymouth and 30 minutes to the Cape Cod National Seashore. If you decide to venture off the Cape, the condominium is approximately 90 minutes from Boston, Providence, and Newport for day trips.
This gorgeous condo is 1570 square feet, offers an open concept floorplan, has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and a garage. The living room is exquisitely furnished; the beautiful kitchen is well equipped, and the dining room comfortably seats six. Light dimmers throughout enhance tranquility.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom (with a separate shower and tub). The sliding doors lead you to the balcony with water views, seating for six and a grill. A new patio table set was recently added on the balcony along with a desk in the master bedroom, not shown in photos. All other furniture and décor was purchased after the recent renovation. The second bedroom has two full sized beds as well as access to the balcony.
Maximum occupancy is six.
