Pelican Walk 604 is a beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated 1 Bedroom - 2 Bath condo! This luxury, coastal chic vacation rental sleeps up to 4 guests.

The balcony view is simply amazing! It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee watching the Sun rise and spot a dolphin taking an early morning swim in the Gulf.

Pelican Walk 604 is one of the nicest one bedroom condo at Pelican Walk featuring a King size bed in the bedroom with an adjoining private bath. The gulf front living area has a new queen sleeper sofa for guests. The spa like bathrooms both have custom tile showers. The Kitchen is state of the art and fully stocked with everything you need to cook in the condo. Just off the kitchen is a stackable washer & dryer. Truly the BEST feature is the spectacular view from the private oceanfront balcony that overlooks the east side pool all the way to the Gulf! When you want to get out and about, it’s just a short stroll to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach. 604 includes FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella Service seasonally March through October - a $50/day value!

Pelican Walk is FAMILY friendly has and two gulf front pools both overlooking the beautiful sand dunes and blue green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Guests have access to numerous resort amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, BBQ & Gas grill areas, and courts for Pickleball, Tennis, Racquetball, and Shuffleboard. Pelican Walk also offers FREE Wifi and FREE Parking!

We found the unit missing only missing a hair dryer which the staff brought to us within an hour. Beautiful view from an updated nice unit. Even though one of the complex’s elevators was being worked we only had to wait on the Saturday we left which was expected.

The TV system does not have regular live TV. We couldn’t watch any games on the major network stations. My husband was not happy😳. Everything is in the condo you need. Pelican Walk is nice because it’s a smaller complex with fewer people. Has a two pools, heated and non- heated.
