Located directly on the beach on the desirable east end of Thomas Drive, this modern retreat combines breathtaking views, resort-style amenities, and all the comforts of home.

Wake up to stunning Gulf views, sip your morning coffee from the private beachfront balcony, and end each day watching unforgettable sunsets over the emerald waters. New Polywood balcony furniture added in Fall 2025 makes the balcony the perfect place to relax and unwind! As a special bonus, FREE seasonal beach chair & umbrella service is included March through October - just bring your sunscreen and enjoy the beach!


Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming open-concept layout featuring:

And best of all, Pelican Walk is one of the few DOG FRIENDLY beachfront properties in Panama City Beach! Bring your furry family members along for vacation memories by the beach. Pelican Walk allows up to TWO dogs per condo with a 20 lb weight limit per dog. A $150 per pet fee is charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Please provide weight & breed at time of booking.

The couch (which looks nice) is the most uncomfortable we have ever had in a rental condo. Chairs on balcony were cracked and needed replaced. The free beach chairs were a great incentive. The property was well maintained. The customer service was nice and prompt when we had a problem. We have stayed at this property several times and would recommend. This unit just needed a little more attention.
