Pelican Walk 111- Beach Front 1 Bed - 2 Bath Condo with Murphy Bed. Sleeps 5! Our 1 bedroom 2 bath ground floor vacation rental sleeps up to 5 guests. Unit 111 is beautifully remodeled and stylishly decorated ground that walks out to the west pool and beach. The views of the Gulf are amazing from inside the condo and from the pool side patio!

The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and pots and pans for your convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for up to four people and a bar area in the kitchen with two bar stools for additional seating. A washer and dryer are available in the condo for your use.

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

Great stay

Great stay but...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 110 Pelican Walk and were switched to 111 with no communication from management. Lady at front desk said they called me but apparently they didn't leave a message. Also, I was never messaged via VRBO. The condo was fine but we had to go buy several items that we assumed would be provided: paper towels (one roll), coffee filters, trash bags (2 bags), tissues, hand soap, etc. We loved the location and overall the property was well kept. A couple of things we noticed that could have been better: the pool chairs were really old and stained and the hose and shower head where you washed your feet coming in off the beach barely worked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay in Unit 111. As always the Condo was immaculate! We love the friendliness of the staff and owners. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Pelican Walk is the only place we stay when coming to PCB! Unit 111 is one of our favorites. Ground floor and just steps from the pool and beach! Looking forward to our next stay!
