Welcome to your Ocean City beach getaway! Our comfortable three-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in one of the best spots in North Ocean City — less than one block from the beach and directly across from Northside Park, the area’s largest waterfront park.
Whether you're visiting for a relaxing beach vacation, a youth sports tournament, or Ocean City’s seasonal events, this condo offers the perfect location and comfort for your stay.
Walk to the Beach
The beach is less than one block away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. Spend the morning on the sand, come back for lunch, then head back out to catch the sunset.

Northside Park hosts events throughout the year including:
Sundaes, Fireworks & Concerts in the Park
June 12th - September 4th, Sunday evenings sundaes are served in beautiful Northside Park paired with your favorite live music! A great event for the entire family. In addition to building your own ice cream sundae and free music there are various free activities and entertainment especially for the kids! Pack up your beach chair, blanket and snacks for a fun night under the stars complete with a fireworks display at 9:00 PM.

When we found this condo, we loved the location immediately. Being just steps from the beach and across from Northside Park makes it easy to enjoy everything that makes Ocean City so special — from summer concerts and fireworks to youth sports tournaments and family walks along the bay.
Our goal as hosts is simple: to create a comfortable place where families and friends can come together and make their own beach memories. Whether it’s kids experiencing the ocean for the first time, families cheering at a tournament across the street, or relaxing on the balcony after a long day at the beach, we love knowing our place can be part of those moments.
