The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony and cable tv. Very few other condos have floor to ceiling windows like these. The view is spectacular. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and cable tv. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bunkbed. The living room has balcony ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a washer and dryer in unit.

This condo has wifi included at no extra charge

Snowbirds Special Rates Jan & Feb Available at Boardwalk one of the best Snowbird locations on the beach. Lots of planned activities and close to the Super Walmart.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any condo complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a children's play area.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.

The unit was absolutely wonderful! We traveled with our adult daughters and son in law. The three bedrooms gave us all the space we needed. The large couch and extra chairs were perfect for lounging in the evenings. The table had plenty of space for us all to eat together. The pool and beach access were great! We had one on crutches recovering from hip surgery and the ramp to the beach was so helpful. The only issue we incurred was not knowing that the gym as advertised was permanently closed. That was a bummer as we needed the equipment for PT. Otherwise, it is a wonderful unit! We would stay again for sure.

Great location, awesome view and lovely unit.

Great location a bit away from the most congested areas. which was a bonus. The pool / restaurant had a DJ one day and live music on another which was a great bonus. Very clean unit. A bit hot but we learned to close the drapes when we were not there blocking out the sun and used the provided fans which helped a lot. Will return and recommend to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was clean however the laundry room had a foul smell. The main bedroom door didn't lock and the safe did not work. The dish washer did not properly work either. This unit should offer a Keurig. The entire condominium complex has gone down over the years, they do not offer any type of entertainment for kids as in previous years. The tiki bar was completely out of alcoholic beverages one day and over an hour wait on food. The firework show was held on a Saturday night instead of the 4th on a Friday which is absurd being that they will not rent Sunday to Sunday anymore and make you check out on Saturday so guest who checked in for the holiday did not get to enjoy the show. I asked for more towels and never received any or a response. There was a huge lack of communication this year with the property manager, they don't even send out check out information as they did on previous years. I have been a guest at this place for over 10 years but will not be returning again.

Awesome place

I’ve been coming to PCB and have stayed at the boardwalk previously but this by far was the nicest we’ve ever stayed at! Beds were super comfortable along with the couch! Place was as advertised. The 3 box fans were a great surprise. This is an annual girls trip for myself, sister and cousin and we all were more than satisfied! Will definitely book again!!

Family Vacation

Beautiful view from the balcony. This condo meet all of our needs for the week. The condo was beautiful and had lots of room for the four of us. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds was comfortable. One of my favorite thing was the security in multiple areas. I would suggest adding more towels so you don't constantly have to do laundry. Everything was just a small drive away. areas.

Great location and condo.

We love this condo and its location. This condo has everything needed for a great vacation. It’s a little store on site, restaurant, and bar for all your needs. Spacious condo for our party of 8. It could use more comfortable beds.

Beautiful Property in a Good Location

The property was beautiful and comfortable. I also loved the location. Being further away from Pier Park gave us more space on the beach. I could look down the beach and see how crowded it was. I was thankful this property was spaced out away from the clump of large resorts but still close to restaurants and Walmart. The little market and restaurant on the property were also a nice plus and I enjoyed them both.

The staff at Broadwalk was so nice and welcoming. We recommend checking out Angry Tuna at Pier Park. The food was delicious!! Also check out American Charlie’s, everything from there was great!! Get snacks and drinks from the Broadwalk restaurant. We loved being able to grab drinks and hang by the pool. We will definitely be back!

Overall a good condo!

Overall a good condo to stay in. Good location. Incredible view! Most everything worked as it should! The refrigerator didn’t really cold and the air did not work good in the smaller bedrooms. Only noticed the air at night because we didn’t really stay in the bedrooms throughout the day but it was fine! The comforters were not very clean..we had to wash them but everything else was good! I know they don’t get washed every time but they had stains on them. There is a fee for using a credit card which was not stated anywhere when booking. I was under the impression I was paying for the whole thing in the beginning but it was only a partial payment but the second payment did not come out automatically and nobody let me know that information either. So more info on payments and fees would be nice.

Beauty and the Beast

The Condominium was gorgeous, breathtaking. The view from our bedroom and patio was stunning. The beach was fabulous. It was so very Beautiful. And, sadly, the Beast of our stay: Communication was horrible/nonexistent. The literature in the condo stated there would be no reason to contact the front office and to have all communication via email. We emailed and have yet to recieve a response. It has been over a week now. Both hot tubs worked only 1 day of our 12 day vacation. The pool area was being pressure washed for 2 days with a large amount of the waste run off going directly into the pool. Needless to say, we did not swim those 2 days. There is a fitness center, however, we never received the code to use it, even after asking via email. The "arcade" was quite hidden and consisted of a two player race game, one air hockey table that was very used, and two crane machines. All charging $1 per play per person. There was no notification to us that they were going to be power washing the hallway floors during our stay. The noise and amount of water running into the condo when the door would be opened was quite startling. This lasted for 2 days. The security staff and employee personnel that we encountered, on multiple occations, were phenomenal. The level of professionalism and kindness were seen, not only by us, but other guests we talked to at the resort. They were always very respectful and at work with a positive attitude.

Fall Break

We have stayed at Boardwalk before, but first time in this unit. Loved the spaciousness of the unit. Only downside was the master bedroom was a little on the warmer side. They do provide additional fans to help. Also, the comforter is a heavy one. For the weather, should be something lighter. Again, minor things that didnt affect our enjoyment of the unit. Would definitely book the unit again.

Not kid friendly…

Our check in was easy and our condo was ready on time but that’s where everything fell apart. Our A/C wasn’t working properly and there were 8 box fans running in the condo when we showed up. The temp wouldn’t come down below 75 and the master bedroom was 80 degrees. The shower heads in the showers were very old and full of mold and mildew and had very little water pressure. Master shower had mold and mildew in corners. Master bath wall had some kind of makeup smeared on it. One light bulb was burned out in the master closet, 2 out over the vanity in the master bath, and one out in the kitchen, candy corn on the floor around the sofa and there was glass on the floor in the kitchen. I contacted property management and someone fixed the a/c the second night while we were out to eat. And was told we would get new shower heads but that didn’t happen. We chose this property based on the pool area because we had our two grandchildren, ages 2 and 3, with us and it has a zero entry pool and a large splash pad for the kids that’s fenced in. Turns out the splash pad is torn apart and not operational. This was not noted anywhere in the listing. Then there was the “safety checks” the last 10 minutes of every hour at the pool. Every hour every child under 12 years old has to get out of the pool for 10 minutes and this is enforced by security guards. Just not a great spot for kids and another example of property management companies not being thorough and honest.

Gorgeous View

The condo had a gorgeous view! The overall impression was good with the location being close to Walmart and other restaurants. However, please be aware that the thermostat in the condo did not go below 73 degrees all week, even with the multiple box fans. The cleaning staff could do a better job with cleaning, dusting, etc. There was also urine in one of the toilets when we arrived.
