We loved the location - it was walking distance to the town of Manson and the lake! We loved the pool! The house was clean and stocked with the stuff they advertised! They provided a costco wagon, pool towels and some pool toys which was really nice. the pool cover was easy to use and kept the pool clean when we weren't using it! We loved having two fridges!

Beautiful new home with a fully equipped kitchen. 3 zoned AC kept even the top floor comfortable in 90 degree weather. Fast internet for gaming when escaping the mid day heat. Very enjoyable stay.

Exceptional Home in Convenient Location

This home was perfect for our large group of 14, including both adults and children. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was within easy walking distance to downtown Mason's bars and restaurants, swimming and jet-ski rentals at Manson Bay Park, and the local grocery store. Our group loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Great house fir the whole family

This house has everything you could want! we stayed with 14 family members of all ages and there was plenty of sleeping spots. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking with every utensil you can think of. We made big family dinners every night. This our second time renting here and already looking forward to next year.

Fantastic home for a girls’ golf trip!!

Convenient, clean, comfy, spacious, and well appointed. Attentive and accessible hostess. Beds super comfy. Quiet neighborhood, yet walkable to several eateries, a market, a bakery, ice cream shop, the lake etc. Our second time renting it for groups of 10-12 women. None of them ever want to stay anywhere else after visiting this property!!

Gorgeous home. We had 16 people and could stay comfortably as 3 families. The kids had an AMAZING time and referred to it as the "Epic House" by the water. Loved the pool and ping pong table. The owners were very quick at responding to all our questions. The location is nice and there is a large grocery story withing 3 mins driving. Made us enjoy our stay in Chelan.

Big family under one roof

This property was great. Our whole family: 8 adults, 8 children spent an extended weekend here very comfortably. They had everything we needed and didn’t skimp on any essentials. There was plenty of space for our family to be together or have alone time. So many different sleeping areas the kids got to be flexible. Beautiful kitchen to cook and eat in. We easily walked to pizza and wine tasting in Manson. Quick drive to Chelan. The pool area was exceptional, even with a toddler and baby. Definitely recommend and we are considering booking again next year!

Fun family weekend

We booked this property for a long weekend. We wanted to get extended family together and just hang out. The house was perfect for what we wanted. We had 12 people in our group and we had lots of room to spare! Everything in the house was in excellent condition, well labeled, and easy to use. We had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The property manager was responsive to our questions. We will definitely be booking this property again!

Bodi and I have been traveling to the Lake Chelan are with our children for over 20 years. Every time we get that first glimpse of the lake sparkling in the sun with its crystal clear blue/green waters we can't wait to jump in and feel the sand under our feet and that amazingly clean water. This area has brought us so many amazing memories over the years we knew eventually we would find a spot to call our own. In 2020 we finally found that spot.

The note regarding Wapato Point was added automatically by VRBO and we have tried to change it. It is not in Wapato Point-it is in the town of Manson. We actually looked at the location and the home that was there multiple times as it went for sale and then was taken off the market in years past. The location always captivated us. It is in the small town of Manson but uniquely located so all of the best the lake and region have to offer are practically at your doorstep. The wine tasting if that is your speed is top notch with many of the areas most renowned wineries having tasting rooms within a block of the home. There is great food at the restaurants and brewery on Wapato Way with more coming soon. Coffee and pastries are a short walk away, a bakery, the grocery store all a very short walk--no car needed. Then...there is the lake, the star of the show. There is direct access just down the street to the lake. The Manson Bay Marina is a block away with slips available to rent for up to 2 weeks at a time. There is a large swimming beach adjacent to the marina with a life guard in the summers and large dock. Boats of many kinds including ski boats, pontoon party barges, sea doos and kayaks/paddle boards can all be rented right at the waters edge at the marina from a local vendor. There is a snow cone stand that is actually in the shape of a giant snow cone at the edge of the swimming beach park. Just a little farther up the street is another public beach that is under renovation. If you have a boat or rent one and are able to travel up lake there are many stopping points and parks along the way. Pick up a local visitor guide to point them out. A pass is available if you plan to use or stay at the parks of the lake. Steheiken is the town at the north end of the lake famous for Rainbow falls and incredible back country hiking. The lady of the Lake can take you there on a regular schedule from either Chelan or Fields Point landing across the lake.

The unique benefits of this property is it is designed for entertaining but giving groups space to congregate separately or together. There is room for 16 to eat together in the kitchen. The 6 bedrooms are spacious most with additional seating and desk/work space. We have gone through a lot of effort to make this home somewhere we are excited to bring our family and friends to stay and with the simplicity of being able to walk to any activity or food/drink you or your guests may want to enjoy at any time. Also being where we are located the late spring through fall brings live music at the venues very close bye with great bands and singers. Also on Wednesdays and Saturdays there is a farmers market at the grange mere steps from the front of the property across Wapato Way. If you were to need additional space for up to 8 additional guests we also own the property across the alley which may be available -1935 fully renovated cottage downtown.
