Experience luxury living in the heart of Summerlin at the exclusive, guard-gated community of Queens Ridge. This fully renovated single-story home sits on a corner lot and boasts over 2,700 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car office, a pool and spa, a covered patio, and a fully enclosed private courtyard entrance.
Over the past three years, $150,000 in upgrades have been made, including $125,000 spent on the pool, spa, and landscaping in 2017. The home features the finest materials and high-quality appliances, including Montblanc Quartzite countertops with dramatic dual waterfall edges and a custom-made blue sapphire sink. Appliances are by Genaire and the finest quality fixtures and fittings from Restoration Hardware were used.
