Townhouse on Mexico Beach

Located on the southside of highway 98, beach side, just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse that has been recently redecorated and many unique upgrades throughout geared towards families and entertainers. All bedrooms equipped with USB outlets. Backporch designed with 144sq ft shade, relaxing sofa, bluetooth speakers, dual fans, dining table, grill, and smart tv– Enjoy and relax outdoors year-round.

The first floors include the living room, dining area, bar, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, separate laundry room, and half bath.

The second floors includes the following bedrooms:
Master: King bed, closet, balcony with beach views
Guest 1: Queen bed, closet
Guest 2: Bunk beds, one double/one twin

Each bedroom includes a smart tv

Full bath (tub/shower combo/toilet)
Half bath (shower/sink)

Playpen with mattress and sheets available in Guest 1 closet

Beach trolley and chairs available with rental.

We have been coming to Mexico beach for five years and this is our first stay in a house/townhome. My top priority is always having a place that is clean. This was by far the best maintained and cleaned vacation rental we have ever had. Loved the beach cart that was provided and having quick easy access to the beach without crossing the road. Was also great to have a place to rinse our feet and gear outside. Often times the first thing I have to do in a rental is “kid proof” the space. We had a great stay with our 3&5 year old kiddos and did not have to worry about there being anything for them to break sitting around.

Summer Beach trip

Great location, short walk to the beach, very well kept place, plenty of kitchen supplies. Can also walk to beach stores and ice cream. The beach crowd was very nice and calm.

Clean and Close to the Beach

the property was clean, it was decorated nicely. The location was great and there is a nice outside back patio, and we found the beds to be comfy. We had a couple of issues...one was the A/C was set to automatically go to 75 at night, since the thermostat is on the bottom floor, so the upstairs was running about 78 (during a hot summer night), which was too hot to sleep...even with fans running. I feel like there should be a disclaimer about using the A/C. The second issue is that it states there are 2 bathrooms, but there is only 1 full bathroom. then there is a half bathroom downstairs and a 2nd shower upstairs attached via Jack-N-Jill style door that leads into the bigger King bedroom. We have stayed at several units in the area and this is the only one that has not had 2 toilets upstairs. It just makes it a bit awkward when you are staying with another family and the only toilet has a doorway in to the master bedroom.

Property was clean and a great location to beach. The owners provide a beach cart to help get items to and from beach. Kitchen has all utensils needed for cooking. Back porch area is great for grilling and hanging out. Bedrooms are good size. Great beach house!

Great location to the beach!

We really enjoyed this property’s location to the beach. We also enjoyed the beach buggy provided, it made our short trip to the water much easier. The condo was very clean and well kept.

Was a great place to stay Was disappointed in the upstairs bathtub.. we thought their were 2 full bathrooms. We made it work.

Wedding Stay

There was 2 Trash cans to the left as you go into the door. trash had been taken out of one but not clean. The other was half full of rotten trash and smelled. In the court yard trash can was filled and running over with beer bottles and cans with other trash. washed a load of towels put them in dryer filter had not been cleaned in a long time. Trash cans in bathrooms had used soap bars from other renters. Couldn't get coffee maker to work and it had 1/2 inch of Clorox in filter. There was to be three of us in the stay but only myself stayed for 3 nights only.

Great townhome near the beach

Townhome is beautiful, and proximity to beach is great. We had a small hiccup at check in but the owners went above and beyond to make it right. Communication was great. We loved the back patio area and the beach cart was very useful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was in a great location with literally a 1 minute walk tot he beach. Beds were super comfy, the backyard set up was great, and we loved the upstairs balcony. Jacob responded very quickly and we loved the self check in.

Overall a great location and perfect for our family. Especially liked the close proximity to the beach and Shell Shack which we purchased fresh shrimp. The host also provided many amenities that made the stay great!
