As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a tastefully decorated and well-appointed living space. The coastal-inspired decor creates a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for your Hampton Roads getaway.

When it's time to unwind, our comfortable bedrooms treat you to a peaceful night's sleep. This beautiful rancher (one-story home) features a master ensuite with a huge walk-in closet and king sized bed, bedroom 2 with a queen sized bed and bedroom 3 with two twin sized beds. All rooms are equipped with TVs and charging stations. The home offers plenty of open space for families or friends on vacation to enjoy time together or traveling professionals (i.e., traveling nurses, DOD contractors, medical professional, etc.) looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay.

There are also two large couches available to accommodate additional (approved) overnight guests in the living room. The home offers plenty of open space for families or friends to gather and enjoy time together.

The fully equipped, custom kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring modern LG stainless steel appliances and butlers kitchen. You'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Are you bringing family members but also want to enjoy a little separation? Choose and share between two living room spaces - watch the game or TV show in one living room area while the kids play in the other. You have options!

For your entertainment and convenience, there is a bonus living room space, foosball table, corn hole, games, poolside chairs, outdoor seating, screened-in pavilion with table and chairs to enjoy hot meals from the provided grill poolside or play games with family/friends. There is something for everyone!

Guests have access to the entire home, backyard and pool area. Guests are not allowed to access the detached garage, attic, or any locked storage areas. There are exterior security cameras on the property.

Minutes away from interstates to quickly get to neighboring cities like Virginia Beach (i.e., Something in the Water festival), Williamsburg (i.e., Busch Gardens, Williamsburg Premium Outlets), Portsmouth (i.e., Rivers Casino), and Norfolk (i.e., Norfolk Waterside, Norfolk Premium Outlets)

The home is tucked away on a quiet street, and has an extended driveway. There is private parking in the driveway and gravel area that will allow up to 5- 6 vehicles. Guests can also park along the road directly in front of the home; however, it is public parking. Please be sure not to block the mailbox or any neighboring homes. Guests are not permitted to park on the lawn.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please make sure to follow that rule or otherwise there will be a penalty of $500
NO illegal substances allowed on the premises.
NO third-party bookings allowed.
NO tampering with the security cameras or wifi/internet. Guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
No tampering with or touching pool equipment.
Extra overnight guests are not allowed unless approved by host. Extra fees may apply.
Parents are responsible for the safety and well-being of all minors. All minors must be supervised while on property.
Swimmers must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 16.
