Modern kitchen and large dining and living rooms create a perfect space to gather and relax after taking in Chicago's many sites. High-speed internet, free street parking, jacuzzi tub in master bath, convection oven, play area for children, and many other amenities. This is a two-unit building; the second unit is an occupied small garden apartment with a separate entrance.

A beautifully restored and modernized 1886 building close to downtown is a perfect place for large family gatherings, a group of friends, or business travelers who need easy access to McCormick Place Convention Center. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a double electric oven (one convection) a gas stovetop, a kitchen-aid mixer, baking supplies and more. A deck, grill and garden in the backyard provide a perfect setting for outdoor meals. Very high speed internet allows for multiple people to be online with no delays. Full streaming services available in living room.
