This home has it all! Heated pool and spa, indoor and outdoor games including ping pong, pool table, poker table, arcade game, cornhole, electronic darts and a separate game room. The primary suite is big enough for the whole family! There are 9 TVs between 58"-86" with direct TV streaming available inside and out. The huge backyard includes dining and casual seating, a built in grill, bar, pavers, artificial turf for playing cornhole, ping pong or relaxing in the sun. There is a walkout deck upstairs with additional seating and views. Come have fun in the sun!

40x40 shade sail over the pool from Mid May - late Sept to beat the summer heat. Your enjoyment and memories are our primary focus. Pool and spa heating provided upon request. Additional $100/day Dec-Feb, $80/day March, November, $60/day April, May and October Please note waterfall cannot be run while heating the pool,

Pool and back yard were amazing. Lots of space and fun in the sun. We had an amazing vacation and would stay back here in a heartbeat. All rooms were equipped well and our bed was comfortable. Hosts were very prompt in responding as well. 10 out of 10!

This property was perfect for our multi generation family all coming together for a wedding. The home was clean and very salacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The young adults in our group enjoyed the game room and pool. The host were very friendly and attentive and answered all questions quickly. I would recommend staying here for any large family or friend groups.

We had an amazing time. We were there for a funeral for my sister. They were so kind and gracious to us as hosts. They have all amenities and then some. It is so nice when accommodations think of everything and this place has. The pool was so beautiful and the grandkids and kids had an amazing time together. It is definitely somewhere I will be going again. Thank you hosts for your care of us while at your property. So so very grateful.

Great house!

We came to Arizona for the final four and this house was a perfect location to get to State Farm Stadium. The amenities were awesome - pickleball, table tennis, corn hole and of course the pool! The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

Fantastic Place to Stay!

We stayed at this property for our son's wedding weekend in Phoenix. It was amazing! They had everything we needed (ad more!) and were super accommodating! They came right out to fix one small issue we had and then allowed us to stay past our checkout time because we had a late flight. We would 100% stay here again!!

Amazing Property - Multiple Stays and Never Disappoints

This property is top notch if you are looking to accommodate a large group. There is no shortage of things to do and everything is well thought out and up to date. Hosts are extremely hospitable and easy to deal with. We have stayed here multiple times and will not stay anywhere else in the Glendale/Westgate area other than here!

Awesome property

We planned a small wedding and needed the place for it. This property was everything we were looking for and more! It had more than enough room and was a fun stay after the wedding was done! The property managers were also very helpful with the rental process and even had our wedding color theme throughout the house! Highly recommend!

Rob and Sharon have been hosting for 5 years. They tried to think of everything they would want to have in a rental and then added more. From comfortable beds to games to blackout curtains and portable speakers we actually stay in the homes to make sure everything works and figure out what is missing. We are hands-on and manage from a few miles away. You won't see us unless you want to though. We want you to enjoy a home away from home. There is nothing that makes us happier than repeat guests. Our hope is this home will take the experience to the next level. From the moment you walk in, we want to WOW you.

We wanted to add to our portfolio with a home close to the action in Glendale. Whether it's a sporting event, concert, the casino or golf you can get there from here in minutes. It's easy to get to from the airport or California.

この宿泊施設の特徴

If you search for a 6 bedroom home, you won't find that many available to book in the area. We recently added 2 bathrooms to make it even more comfortable for larger groups of family or friends. There is ample parking, heated pool and spa plus a wide variety of activities to keep everyone entertained if you choose to not leave the house!
