Have fun with the whole family at this brand-new modern farmhouse nestled inside a new development gated community. Located only minutes from Glendale's Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Top Golf, Pop Stroke, Chicken N Pickle, the all-new Andretti entertainment venue, Spring Training Fields, and much, much more, this is the perfect place for large families or groups to come enjoy everything Arizona has to offer.

Property includes an outdoor BBQ and family fun fire pit that allows groups to gather around the fire at night and enjoy some down time after a long day out and about taking advantage of everything the area has to offer.

Pool can be heated in the offseason for an additional charge per day.

The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Communication with the owner was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process.The pool was clean, well cared for, and provided hours of fun and relaxation for our group. Josh was a great host! The house was very new and fully updated and so clean! The kids loved the pool and fire pit area. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils for our group. I would absolutely stay there again!

Clean and very nice house! Josh had great communication with me prior to the reservation dates, during our stay and on the day we left. Would definitely book again if we ever decide to stay in this area again! Also glad we heated the pool- definately recommend in the winter months.

Stay here while in Phoenix, you will love it. Our large family attended my granddaughter’s graduation. There were 12 of us staying at the house. Everyone loved the accommodations and the pool. The location is terrific, the neighborhood is quiet, and the stay with seamless. We love to cook, and the kitchen was well equipped. All appliances are brand new. The decorations in the house are spot on.Best of all the Owner was very communicative and got back to me immediately with any questions.

Great communication with Josh, the host. The home was perfect for our family of 9. Had a blast in the pool and had a week of the greatest weather, sunny and hot! Sad to be going home to the cold.

Great spot for a girls trip!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip, and had a blast. The pool was very nice, the beds were comfy, and the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with! Plus the location was great: quiet area, but an easy drive to downtown. The taco truck down the road at the gas station us excellent, too. I’d highly recommend this property.

Perfect Bachelorette Stay

Larry, it was great having you and your guests and thanks again for letting me know about the keys left behind by the previous guests. I sent them back to them in Illinois by UPS today. They were most appreciative. Just wanted to let you know that the pullout couch in the office is for pre-approved stays that include more than the allowable "up to 12 guests" reservations. We allow for up to 14 guests with pre-approval and related fees in which case full linens, pillows, etc. would be provided for the office pull out couch. Just wanted you to know in case you come back and want to make use of it during your stay. Once again, thanks for staying with us. You guys are welcome back anytime!!

Great Location in Glendale

We had a large gathering for a family event in Glendale. It is close to the stadium, casino and entertainment. It was also fairly close to Sun City where we visited relatives.The house is new as are the furnishings. We had seven adults staying there and there was room for five more. The host was very easy to contact and responded quickly. The pool was awesome with a shelf to sit and dangle legs in the pool under the umbrellas and a deeper part to paddle about. The only downside was road noise as the property backs up to a busy road, but that busy road has everything you need in close proximity.

We bought our first AirBNB/VRBO property in Idaho and have enjoyed being hosts to numerous families in Idaho and are now embarking on our first AirBNB/VRBO property in Arizona. We are hoping this home will provide lots of wonderful memories to as many amazing families and groups of friends as possible.

We chose this neighborhood because it is only minutes from Westgate Entertainment District, State Farm Stadium, Top Golf, Pop Stroke, Chicken N Pickle, YardHouse, several Spring Training Fields, Concert Venues, etc. We also chose this neighborhood because it is a brand new, gated community.

We cater to larger groups and families. We work tirelessly to try and make sure every detail is considered and that every family or large group that stays with us, has a wonderful experience. We take all feedback into consideration and act accordingly so that each and every guest that comes after will have an equal if not better experience than the last.
