Wonderful stay, great location

Perfect location right in the middle of everything. Restaurants and bakeries nearby. The accommodations were bright clean and comfortable. We hope to stay here again on our next trip.

Perfect for the weekend

We had a lovely stay this weekend. It’s very central. Everything you need is at the property, there’s even board games for the children at the property. It was a lovely property for the two nights we were in Perth.

great place to stay

Everything about this place and caretaker was top flight. I have stayed at many places in Europe and this place cannot be topped. Everything one would want (restaurants, groceries, drinks, goods, etc.) are just a block or two away. Very quiet building and the street, for being downtown, is quieter than most others. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time

Elegant and comfy

Loved the warm getting from the host. The flat is centrally located. Three are so many extra touches. Perhaps one of the best in which we've stayed.

Beautiful sun-filled flat

The flat, as advertised, is very beautiful, full kitchen, and a great location in town center. The flat is across the street from an Italian shop with cheeses and meats, and Nextdoor to an excellent bakery. We very much enjoyed the flat.

Absolutely fantastic. Beautifully designed, amazing space, huge gorgeous windows, everything you could want in terms of amenities and lovely personal touches, and all situated in a great location on one of Perth’s best and coolest streets. We will be back!

Beautiful apartment in center of Perth!

Perth is a wonderful, small town in Scotland! My wife and I visited in June... on our way to my son's wedding in Pitlochery! It is a very pretty apartment right in the center of town! We loved it... the apartment was beautiful!!! We could walk to all points in town... the river and the museum's. Veery, very convenient! We would come back in a heart beat!

Jane and Richard were fantastic hosts! Their communications were spot on with restaurant recommendations and other logistics like parking and grocery shopping. The apartment’s location is perfectly suited for walking to restaurants and shopping in Perth. One note about the layout of the apartment. The bedroom is a loft, so it is open to the downstairs. Any tv sound or phone calls made downstairs in the living room carry upstairs. Overall, it was a 5 star stay!
