Lovely private one bedroom apartment in a tenement building. Original cornicing with high ceilings. There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. This apartment is very private with private views. It is a two minute walk to craigie hill golf course & local restaurant cherrybank inn. The location is quiet with a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Also a 10/15 minute walk to the broxden park & ride. Lots of walks & trails on your doorstep. The apartment is situated in a great location if you want to travel to other towns or cities like Edinburgh, St Andrews, Dundee, Dunkeld, Pitlochry are all within 20-40 minutes drive.

The check in details were clear and we got into the flat with no problem. We found the homeowner to be very attentive and considerate - Nadia was available if we had any questions. We found the flat to be in an ideal location for us close to main road and yet flat itself was quiet and tranquil. We had plenty of room with separate lounge, kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom with good sized shower. As we stayed for a couple of weeks - we appreciated the in suite washing machine. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. We would definitely consider a repeat stay at this location.
Bedroom was warm and bright with storage. Facing rear gardens with blackout curtains.
Welcoming hallway with brochures provided for places to visit if additional suggestions were needed.
Living room faced front street. We found room to be quiet.Table worked for two of us to have a meal.
Kitchen was well stocked including in suite washer.

Cherrybank is a quiet location just outside the city centre. There is a local lively pub/restaurant on your door step. There is also craigie hill golf course a two minute walk away. Both places serve food daily. Lost if great walks if you want to escape from the busy centre.
