About CHECK-IN:
Check-in is at 4 pm, check-out is at 11 am. The Island on Lake Travis is a gated community, and you will need an access code for the island gate and your Villa. Check-in info and access codes will be provided 1 day before. Maximum 4 guests are allowed. Covered, reserved, free parking is available in the garage. Keyless, coded lock door for easy access. Complimentary initial supplies are provided. Please bring your own supplies/ groceries for extended stays. No pets are allowed per HOA policy.

About KITCHEN:
A full kitchen, equipped with all cooking needs like pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, water glasses, wine glasses, basic spices, coffee maker, lemon squeezer, wine/ beer opener, scissors, knives set, toaster and blender. Cleaning supplies, fire extinguisher and, laundry detergent are under the sink. Brand new, clean, refrigerator with ice maker. No gas-burning appliances, so no carbon monoxide detector is required. The washer and Dryer are available in a small room next to the kitchen. Please clean the lint before you use the Dryer.

About MASTER BEDROOM:
Enjoy a blissful night's sleep on a comfortable queen-size bed in a lockable bedroom. Soft and clean white bed linens. Alarm clock, USB charger and power outlets right on the side table. In the closet, you will find clean, fresh linen, towels, pillows, swimming pool towels, hangers, Iron board, and Iron. In the closet by the main entrance door, you will find broom, mop and vacuum cleaner. Only use swimming towels at the swimming pool, not the white towels.

A modern dining table with 2 benches to comfortably seat 4. A bar table with 4 bar stools can also be used for dining, computer work, etc.
