This is a smoke and vape free home. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 people, but we allow up to 8 people max in the home. All guests staying in the home must be accounted for on the reservation. Any guest spending the night after check in that is not on the original reservation will be charged a $50 fee per person per night, or subject to cancellation. Long-term stays (28 days or more) are welcome. Please inquire.

Pets are allowed, max 2 pets. There is a $60 pet fee per night (Service animals exempt). Please inquire about approvals for pet(s) before booking. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Failure to report pets prior to reservation or bringing extra pets will be charged an additional $300 pet fee or cancellation of your reservation. The home is not fully fenced so a leash is highly recommended. All waste must be picked up and disposed.
