All AQUA guests must be pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Fun vacay

We had an absolute beautiful stay at this property. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We stay at VRBO‘s annually and this was one of the best ones we’ve ever been at. Panama City did not disappoint and this property was in the perfect location. We will definitely be back.

This property was everything that was shown online and more! Just beautiful! We were there for 3 weeks and felt we were at home in this amazing comfortable space!!! Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend if you want the luxurious upscale feel but also hfeels like home!

Everything is close by but you can stay in for total relaxation!

We went to the beach and the pool both were absolutely beautiful! The condo was wonderful everything was top-notch from high-end appliances to comfy beds. Our stay was everything we had hoped for the balcony was great for breakfast in the morning lounging in the evening if you rent this condo, you won’t be disappointed. I would definitely love to rent this condo for a future visit!

We had a very nice stay. The entire place was very up to date and fresh. It is an awesome place with lots of room to relax and enjoy vacation. Very easy walk to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping. The view of the beach is great.It was hard to leave.

Great Experience & Stay

Finding a reasonable Ocean Front property with 3 Bedrooms, and 2 of which were essentially masters is tough. This condo at Aqua didn’t disappoint. Clean, well appointed, beautiful views, and a great location made this stay all we hoped for. Had a great time with my family of 4 plus my 2 parents and highly recommend. Next time we are back at the gulf I will certainly look at this place as a great option!

Great Location with a Great View

The property was exactly as described. The ocean view is spectacular. Very clean condo and nicely decorated. Great balcony. Hard to find a balcony with an Ocean view that is as large as this one that featured a full size table and chairs and still plenty of space for a lounge chair! Very comfortable place and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this one again!

We absolutely loved the condo. Very well stocked. Gorgeous view. Very clean. Property manager went above and beyond for us. Only recommendation I have is to have a few extra trash bags and toilet paper available and a better dustpan/way for us to tidy up sand on tile. LOVED OUR STAY!!!

Awesome view!

The property was wonderful and nicely updated. The location is great and easy to walk to many things, so gives everyone in the group their own options for dining and/or entertainment. If youre coming in with a car, the unloading process is a bit of a pain, but worth the view once you get settled. If you get everything (groceries, etc) before you arrive, you won't have to touch your car again while you're there.
