Beach House 10 Beach Front Panoramic Sunset Views.

The Beach House Resort #10, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a totally renovated gulf front complex. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. Numerous chaise lounges are available for your use at beachside. There is even a video library onsite for relaxing with a movie after a day at the beach!
This spacious, three bedroom, two and one half bath unit is newly renovated and features top of the line furnishings as well as a large, private open deck overlooking the beach, a gourmet kitchen and a private full size washer and dryer.

Beach House Resort #10 will sleep ten with a king size bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a bunk house in the third bedroom featuring two queens and two twins.. This unit features a garden tub in the master bathroom, and a large, upscale kitchen that's perfect for entertaining. There is a 55" flat screen television in the living room. The master bedroom features a 31" flat screen television. There is a 24" television in one guest bedroom and a 18" television in the second guest bedroom.

This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All eight units together will sleep 34.
Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate.

Parking is limited and there is parking at this unit for two cars only.

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Steps away from the ocean, restaurants, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We just wished it had a pool for late night swimming.

We had a quick three day girls trip and this place had it all! This is the first time on AMI. This place is amazing! Right on the beach. Easily slept the six of us. Good access to restaurants and bars. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful beachfront condo!

What an amazing location. Beautifully renovated property. Fully stocked kitchen. Great bunk beds for all the kids. Plenty of sheets and towels for the beach and for showers. The only thing I could say is that the tub in the master bathroom was not fully clean. Otherwise, the condo was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend.

Amazing views!!

Waking up to the waves crashing, palm trees just outside the sliding glass door, and the ocean RIGHT THERE! The accommodations were modern, clean and cozy with everything you need in the kitchen. I’ve never slept better! My teenage boys loved the place and appreciated the multiple bathrooms. We’d love to come back and stay again soon

It has gorgeous beach views from almost each window. It is modern and cozy decorated. Comfortable beds that fit a party of 10 perfectly. There is a restaurant next door right on the beach that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (7am to 10pm) The beautiful sunsets are breathtaking. Hosts are friendly and responsive.It has two big bathrooms and one half bathroom and they were pristine. We are definitely coming back to this amazing rental.

Beautiful sunsets!

We really enjoyed staying at the Beach House resort. The unit was clean and spacious. Construction next door was a little loud and distracting at times but otherwise it was a great place to stay!
