Summary:
Our 3 bed/2 bath home just across the street from the beach & walking to shops & restaurants. Includes 1 king, 1 queen, & 2 twins beds. 2 living rooms each have a sleeper sofa & TV. Upstairs has additional eating area & access to balcony. Both bathrooms are equipped w/showers, hair dryer, & essentials. Full kitchen w/ breakfast bar. Enjoy a sunset from the 2nd floor balcony. Private pool, covered patio w/large eating area, WiFi, AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, heated pool, gas grill & more

Love the upstairs balcony. Watched the dolphins in the ocean with morning coffee on the balcony. The entire house was clean & neat. Communication was great. Would highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

The property was beautiful and spacious for the group of us that stayed. Location was incredible being right across the street from the beach. The pool is a fantastic bonus amenity. Renee was very responsive with any questions we had. I would absolutely come back to this property in the future. Hated to leave!

Amazing home right across from the beach. We loved the pool and the upstairs patio. Bedding is comfortable and kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Host was very responsive.

The cutest little place! We loved how close it was to the beach and that it was pet friendly. Plenty of spots to sleep without feeling on top of each other. It was perfect for what we needed!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. One of the highlights for us was that our two dogs were warmly welcomed. Finding a pet-friendly place that is also this clean and well-maintained is rare, and we truly appreciated it. The fenced yard and the peaceful surroundings made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation with our pups. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the first day. We loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway on Anna Maria Island!

Best Stay

There were 6 of us adults that stayed for my mother’s 60th birthday. The house was in a great location, right across the street to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was clean and stocked with all we needed. The pool was great. We were in contact with the property owner, who was great and responsive.

You cant ask for a better location with sunset views and a private pool the kids went back and froth from the beach to the pool all day the outdoor amenities were spot on for lunches and dinners while enjoying the pool and beach the dual entertainment areas let the kids have a space with a tv and the adults we will make this a regular stop on our yearly florida travels

Lovely home had all we needed for a wonderful vacation. Great location. Loved the salt water pool. None of us wanted to leave. Will be staying here in the future. We love AMI and this house is perfect.

Great house on top of the beach

This is a very cute and spacious beach house with a nice outdoor pool area. Beach access could not be closer, right across the street. Gulf drive is a busier road and it’s not terribly quiet at night (for little kids) but that is to be expected. While the island is still rebuilding, this house and area is doing well.

Beach Getaway

We loved our stay at Sunset View! Great location, wonderful views and beautifully decorated! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We really liked the beach chairs and cart , so easy to head to the beach for the day. The pool was so fun too, which was heated to a very comfortable temperature. It was great to walk to restaurants nearby. Our host Renee was very helpful and quick to respond to finalize our trip . We can’t wait to stay here again.

Long Weekend

Great house, location and property. The property was well maintained. The house was clean and had everything we needed and large enough for three couples. The two patios were a great space and used often. One was covered and one was not. The two living rooms were nice for tv watching. We usually don’t stay at the property much while vacationing, but the weather wasn’t the greatest so the layout of the house really worked for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent First Trip to Anna Maria Island

We really enjoyed our New Year's break at Sunset View on Anna Maria island. This property is in a great location and is perfect for small families or a few friends gathering. The beach is beautiful and right at the property. The pool and decks are fantastic and nice alternatives when you want a break from the sand. The property was very clean and nicely equipped.

Fantastic Stay

We couldn’t ask for a better stay. We were in Bradenton for a weekend soccer tournament but decided to make a Christmas vacation out of it with our boys. The home is located across from the beach, catching beautiful sunsets from the 2nd floor balcony was my favorite. The heated private pool was my sons’ favorite. They were in the pool every day. The location cannot be beat. We walked down to Bridge Street to have lunch on the pier. Our boys loved the candy shop and enjoyed fishing off the pier. The owners were very responsive. We would love to stay at Sunset View again.

Amazing Location and Great Place

We had a wonderful stay and will definately recommend this house. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurant & shops. Direct beach access, and trolly was easy to get. I had an amazing time in Anna Maria Island and look forward to visiting again soon.
