Beautiful views!!

We had a great time, location is perfect and is fully stocked with everything you might need for inside and the beach. We had to make a few alterations to make it toddler friendly as all flooring is marble and doors are big and glass, Other then that we all had a great time.

Relaxing and perfect

This studio was perfect for me and my daughter. You are right on the boardwalk and you can see the ocean laying in the bed. Will was available and I responded to all our questions. Would love to come back here again!

Not my kind of neighborhood

The property is pretty much as listed on the vrbo site. However you are in the middle of everything. I didn't realize how exposed you are with the shades open and people are everywhere. It seemed like one big party every place you looked. My wife and I are older and we definitely did not fit in. We were at least 20 years older than everyone else. After 5 minutes we decided that the place was not for us and started looking for alternate accommodations. I contacted Will, the host, to let him know our dilemma and to see if he could refund at least part of our rent. He asked if he could think on it, but then never got back with us, so we were out the entire 4 nights rent. It looks like a fun spot if you are 25 years old and want to party on the beach all night long.

Great Location, Great Accomendations

We loved the location with easy access to beach and boardwalk. Sunsets were spectacular. Owner was very easy to work with. Definitely would rent again.

Absolutely amazing!

I just have to say this is a absolute gem!!! Super clean! Beautiful views! Yes, tucked in the side of the building, but that is why we loved it! Privacy plus oceanfront!Awesome host!! Hopefully we will be back soon!!!! Thank you, such a wonderful time!

Absolutely Perfect

This location was absolutely ideal! It's situated right by the beach and conveniently close to all the activities we had planned. Will is an excellent host who has considered every detail. I highly recommend staying here when visiting San Diego.

Beach vacation

Great location

This studio was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We were steps away from the beach, very clean and spacious. We could hear the waves crashing and feel the cool breeze. So far one of our best stays on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Amazing View - Close to Everything

We absolutely loved this property. The view from the room was amazing and being able to open up the windows and hear the ocean was incredibly relaxing. We also weren’t aware how incredibly close things were. From being able to walk down to Belmont Park, up to Pacific Beach, and even riding bikes to La Jolla, we had an incredible time here and look forward to coming back soon.

Amazing place to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week and it was perfect for two people. Really clean, updated, and amazing location on the water. It also had a close walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and Belmont Park as well. Will was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend to stay here to anyone!

Fabulous memorable stay

Love, love this place and would absolutely no doubt to stay here again! Your on the beach with ocean breeze what more can you ask for. The condo is perfect, feels like it’s a new place and has everything you can possibly need. Will the manager was more then fabulous, provided all the information you needed about the condo and was always there promptly when you needed anything😁

Tucked Into Paradise

The location is centrally located down Mission Beach! The room was very clean and stocked for comfort. We loved how all windows opened up for fresh ocean air. The owner was very accommodating and offered us a late check out as there were not guest booked to come in. Will look for the property again in the future.

Family 4th of July trip

The studio was steps from the beach and had everything we needed. We used the grill and outdoor table for breakfast and dinners with a perfect view! Location was awesome as we could walk or bike to Belmont Park and Pacific beach & the bayside. We had a great time and our host was helpful with answering any of our questions. Thank you so much!

The Perfect Place

My husband & I have 1 daughter. We’re SD natives who had to move to TX for my husbands job, our daughter stayed in SD. We stayed here for 4 nights in Aug. & it was the prefect get away for the 3 of us!! The size was perfect! We love the layout, the patio, & BBQ. Very clean & just like it looks in the pictures!

The property was everything Will promised and more! He is such a thoughtful host. He thought of everything including some much appreciated snacks. The condo is extremely clean, well equipped and truly just steps from the beach. Our visit was everything we wanted it to be. Extremely relaxing.

Not Happy

There are several problems with this property. 1) no block screen for AC unit in wondow which allowed smoke from grill to enter unit. 2) coffe pot was B&D and carafe was Mister Coffee; did not work together. 3) Lounge chairs lashed together which made it unconfortable to use. 4) Inadequate storage space. 5) Inconvient parking at a distance. 6) Cramped space for 2 people
