Nice location right on the beach with a BBQ grill and shared outdoor space. Also came with a parking spot, very helpful for this busy area. Everything you need for 2 people to be comfortable, would highly recommend.

Great little beachy condo!

We had such a good time relaxing here. Super convenient to walk everywhere and great view of the beach from the patio! Nice and clean too!

Beautiful views!!

We had a great time, location is perfect and is fully stocked with everything you might need for inside and the beach. We had to make a few alterations to make it toddler friendly as all flooring is marble and doors are big and glass, Other then that we all had a great time.

The location was beyond perfect! It is literally right on the beach. We walked over to the beach everyday with just our bare feet! The condo is small. There was four of us and once my sons get a bit bigger it will be too small for us but it was perfect at this point. The condo is stocked with everything you need. We cooked breakfast and lunch there and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, boogie board and sand toys we awesome so we didn’t have to rent anything. Would absolutely book this place again.

Relaxing and perfect

This studio was perfect for me and my daughter. You are right on the boardwalk and you can see the ocean laying in the bed. Will was available and I responded to all our questions. Would love to come back here again!

Absolutely Perfect

This location was absolutely ideal! It's situated right by the beach and conveniently close to all the activities we had planned. Will is an excellent host who has considered every detail. I highly recommend staying here when visiting San Diego.

Amazing place to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week and it was perfect for two people. Really clean, updated, and amazing location on the water. It also had a close walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and Belmont Park as well. Will was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend to stay here to anyone!

Great location

This studio was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We were steps away from the beach, very clean and spacious. We could hear the waves crashing and feel the cool breeze. So far one of our best stays on the beach. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing!
