Seascape Rockaway - Meredith Lodging

Get ready for easy elegance and unparalleled views from all three floors of this fantastic townhome at Rockaway Beach! With two private suites it’s an ideal home to share with friends and family when you want both company and easy retreat space. The top-level living room has a sweet vaulted ceiling punctuated by skylights and transom windows, letting in plenty of ocean light to brighten your stay. A wind-screened balcony through sliding doors gives you panoramic views of Rockaway Beach, including the iconic Twin Rocks, and lets you open up the space to sea breezes and the sounds of the surf. A fireplace and smart TV with apps and extras including a Wii will invite your guests to gather to relax in the evenings. A pretty, formal dining room and a high bistro table let you serve meals from the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, with its extra-large stainless refrigerator, pretty granite counters, and pendant lighting.

Two sumptuous bedroom suites on the middle floor have their own balconies. A ground-level bonus room—complete with a Smart TV, fireplace, sofa sleeper, and a queen Murphy bed that folds up out of the way by day, also has a slider to the lower balcony and an easy walk across level sand to the ocean. It’s the perfect spot for a family to enjoy together!

You’ll be close to the fun of downtown Rockaway, miles of sandy beach, a ride down the coast on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, and Highway 101 up and down the North Oregon Coast. When your beach stay includes friends and family, Seascape Rockaway combines togetherness and privacy in one stylish and harmonious package!

Seascape is a lovely property with direct beach access. During our mid-September stay the location was quiet, which we valued. Rockaway Beach is an ideal location for those wanting to take day trips to the north and south along Hwy 101. The 3.5 baths were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.

This condo was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated, conveniently located, incredible ocean views. We were very happy with our stay. The balconies were perfect for sitting and drinking your morning coffee and then later watching the sunset in the evening. We did not cook, but I did appreciate the full stocked kitchen. Fair warning - the primary suite on the ocean side was amazing. The second bedroom on the parking lot side had some street noise and light from the 24 hour store across the street

We loved the apartment! It had plenty of room for the 6 of us and we enjoyed our stay in Rockaway Beach. It was right on the beach and had convenient access to the shops nearby, we had a lot of fun!

Well appointed and comfortable. Having the kitchen and living room on the top floor was quite difficult. Two steep flights of stairs were not good for us.

Outstanding! Beautiful townhome with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a huge sectional couch for lounging. Three balconies look directly out onto the ocean and beach. Literally steps to the sand. We will be back!

Perfect location and gorgeous views of Rockaway Beach. The condo was overall very comfortable but could use a new mattress in the second bedroom. Easy walk to several restaurants and shops. Although the place could use some updates and a thorough cleaning, we enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.

The view was absolutely perfect, both beach side and town side!The comfort of both livingroom and beds was great.Plus, the beach chairs, buckets, shovels etc was really appreciated.The only downside was, we didn't have any kitchen towels (hand or dish towels) to use.My family enjoyed the condo, beach and town so much they want to move there!!Thank you for sharing with us.

Great Location!

This was the perfect set up for our family to enjoy some together time between Christmas and New Years! The location was great with easy access to the beach and local business. Will keep this one as a favorite for future visits.

Great property!

My family stayed here for a weekend, and didn’t want to leave. The property was exactly as described in listing. Beautiful location, right on the beach, clean, very big; the perfect spot for a vacation. We were wishing we had booked a longer stay!

Fantastic location, excellent experience.

This is ideal for just hanging out and being able to get directly on the beach in just a few steps. The little stream nearby makes for fun visuals and play and also creates a natural barrier of sorts for the public beach, giving a more private feel to the beach directly in front of the unit. Grumpys was a grand experience and the shops were fun. The balconies were a hit with everyone, as well as the fireplaces etc. Loved it!
