190 St. Philip Street is a traditional Charleston home located just one block to King Street. The main floor has an open living room adjoining the bright kitchen complete with open shelving and a custom banquet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with king beds, each with their own ensuite. Just off the front porch is an open patio for relaxing after a full day of shopping and exploring downtown Charleston. 190 St. Philip Street is in a wonderful location just steps to Browns Court Bakery, The Warehouse, and multiple local boutique shops. Within a thirty-minute walk of 190 St. Philip Street you can visit the Battery, Charleston's Open-Air Market, King Street's finest shops, and dine in any of downtowns astounding restaurants. We had a wonderful time at your home! A perfect location to the Food & Wine Festival where it was just a short walk. Would definitely recommend and perfect for 2 couples! The space accommodates more but we liked the privacy of not having someone in the living area. Very nice and we will be back!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at this property. It's small but perfectly formed. Be aware there were lots of mosquitoes around the seating area so be prepared.

Wonderful Getaway

My husband, 2 teenagers and I stayed at this VRBO for a long weekend and we loved it! The location is perfect…close to the shops and restaurants on King St. also close to bagel and coffee shops for easy breakfast! The home was very clean and well appointed.

Perfect stay from start to finish

This property was wonderful! The house is clean, modern, and well maintained - just a block from all the excitement on King Street. While it's slightly farther north, we had no trouble walking or catching a quick ride to wherever we needed to go. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, even over a holiday weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Great Thanksgiving
