The location was great for all the activities we had planned in Charleston. Right in the middle of everything. The host was quick to respond to an issue with the TV and extra towels. We would stay again!

Had a great stay! Wonderful location. Plenty of restaurants around. Came with another couple and the place had plenty of room. The only thing I will say is it does get loud at night but wasn’t a huge concern just want to mention that. We loved Charleston!

This was such a pleasant discovery. The four of us were so comfortable. Two army guys who went through Vietnam together and their wives. 50 plus years of friendship keeping in touch and never a dull moment. Perfect place to visit and have cocktails before choosing another excellent restaurant to enjoy Charleston cuisine. A wonderful, clean, roomy and everything you could possibly need for a three day stay. Here's to Vietnam vets and a bond that endures.

This stay could not have a better location! I enjoyed that it was not in the heart of the bustle, but we could easily walk anywhere we were trying to go. We spent most of our time in this neighborhood...some of our favorite breakfast spots and cafes are blocks (at most!) away. Could easily walk to Marion Square, King Street shopping, etc. Nice that there are two free parking spots onsite. The house had regular rental wear-and-tear, but overall it was clean and comfortable. If traveling with children, note that the rooms are on the smaller side- the king beds fill the rooms, making it difficult to have a travel crib in the room with us.The kitchen is functional and spacious, and the ability to do laundry was a big plus.

This house was perfect for us- 3 women who get together once a year who want to have a sitting area, mini kitchen, separate sleeping areas and baths, and able to walk to everything. On the first floor, in the living room- the credenza bed is very comfortable and has a 1/2 bath. All furnishings were nice and comfortable. Great to have 2 parking spaces. The weather was outstanding so we spent mornings and evenings in the outdoor sitting area- loved having that!It is located a block off ( upper) King St., buildings are very close together, so expect a little noise- it is downtown Charleston and a college town! Plenty of food options to walk to, and felt safe walking home from dinner. Host emailed to check on us, and I called the morning of check out with a question- gal answered my call immediately.

We just love this little house close to King Street! It was so cutely decorated, and the beds were super comfy! We love that there were lots of coffee mugs and wine glasses! The personal parking spot out front was absolutely perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and bars and a short walk to great shopping! We would most definitely return!

Great property and location. Could easily walk to many restaurants and shops. House was well kept and clean and included two nice parking spots. Our daughter really enjoyed the murphy bed and it would have been great for an adult as well. Host reached out to ensure we had a smooth check-in and followed up proactively to ensure we didn't have any concerns. Only surprise was the kitchen lacking a baking pan, salt and pepper. Having a wine opener would have been nice but understand not every VRBO might include that.
