Enjoy resort-style living in our comfortably furnished 2-story townhome in the Hillside Villas neighborhood at Ko Olina. You will love how quiet & peaceful the area is, our community pool is just a 3 minute walk and has lots lounge chairs & gas grills you can use. Access the public lagoons (20 min walk/4 min drive), Ko Olina golf course (15 min walk/3 min drive), and plenty of restaurants & shops all within the resort area. 2 large smart-TV's w/ YoutubeTV and lightning-fast fiber WiFi are perfect for folks looking to work remotely or stream your favorite movies. All 3 bedrooms have large closets, the Master bedroom includes 1 King Bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed & the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Beach towels, chairs and some beach toys are all here to use. Washer & Dryer on the 1st floor so you don't have to overpack. Our well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials if you feel like making some home-cooked meals during your stay with us.

Average Nightly Rate is based on a 30 night rental period. That is the minimum rental period for this area & the townhouse would be yours to use for the 30 days, but it is common for guests to have shorter stays. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Memory making stay at Ko Olina

We have been staying in Ko Olina for several years, making memories with family. This townhouse was immaculately clean. The organization of the check in and support was excellent. Liam and his team answered all questions and concerns immediately. There were plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked. I would call it partially furnished. We spent a lot of our time on the lanai. The pool was maybe a 5 -10-minute walk away. Ko Olina is beautiful, and the pictures speak for themselves. This unit was wonderful, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Great stay at Ko Olina

Really enjoyed our stay at Liam's lovely condo in Ko Olina. The property was clean and comfortable and Liam and the property manager were excellent hosts.

Awesome stay

Overall excellent stay for a month. House had everything we needed and plenty of room for a family of 5. The interior was brand new. Safe and quiet, tucked in the back of the resort. Location was great, short walk to the lagoons and a shorter walk to the pool. Excellent communication with the host. The garage made it nice to store our stuff and had an extra freezer chest to store frozen food. Also included beach chairs, floats, and beach towels. Can’t wait to go back next year. Thank you for hosting us!

Great family getaway

Liam‘s place was great! It gave us a homebase to explore the island from. We always enjoyed coming home every day. It had all the amenities we needed with the beach close by and a pool. It was large and spacious. The Internet was great, able to stream videos and work virtually.

Aloha! We are Liam & Shannon & we have called San Diego home for nearly 20 years, but Oahu is our true 2nd home. Our Ohana all live on-island so we are there quite often, but want to offer up our home to others, in hopes you can find as much joy on Oahu as we have. Mahalo!

Ko Olina means 'the fulfillment of joy', and that is exactly what we hope you get during your stay with us. We have a property manager who lives at Ko Olina who can tend to any issues that happen to come up. Our little neighborhood is tucked away from all the hustle & bustle, so you can enjoy some quiet evenings on the lanai or poolside, but close enough to get in on all the action.

This is our only rental property, so you will have our full attention. My wife & I both work full-time but are always quick to reply to any matters/questions you may have. You will love being so close to so many amazing shops & restaurants, but being able to retire in our cozy & comfy home every evening.
