Malibu , Thousand Oaks and the San Fernando Valley are a short 10 minute drive and the local grocery store is 2 minutes away.

The kitchen has a Sub Zero Refrigerator a beautiful Wolf Stove with all the extras that a kitchen needs- silverwear dishes Ect.
The master bedroom has a new king sized bed w/ a full screen T.V the other two bedrooms have new queen sized beds and both have New Professional Elevating Work Desks .
The living and dining room both have cozy couches and
cozy sitting areas they both have fireplaces.
The home has a 2 car garage and 4 more cars can fit comfortably in the new driveway.
