Deep Water Cottage on the Sapelo River

Lovely Cottage, fully equipped on deep water with private dock on the Sapelo River. This inviting home welcomes you upon entering, it is equipped with many windows for taking in the views of the water and wildlife that is so abundant here. This property features and open floor plan with large kitchen with island, dining room and living room with fireplace all of which have views of the river. The primary bedroom is located downstairs with 2 bedrooms and a jack and jill bath located upstairs. The outdoor entertaining area offers great features as well, including a dining area, covered porches, open decks, and fire pit - all of which overlooks the water. Take a short stroll to the private dock which is located on the Sapelo River and is 20' deep at low tide. Home is minutes to The Fish Dock restaurant as well as others nearby in Shellman Bluff, Eulonia and Darien. You are about 45 minutes from the ICW and Atlantic Ocean.

Lovely House, Quiet Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It is located just outside Brunswick. Just a short drive to all the area has to offer. The house was well cleaned and had all of the amenities you could ask for. Plenty of room for our family of 8.

Great time!

We had fun fishing on the private dock. The home is beautifully decorated. Everyone slept comfortably and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some quick meals.

Great place, very comfortable, and relaxing. We stayed inside more than we planned due weather ( tropical storm), house was great place to ride out the weather. Will keep it in mind for future trips.

The river is accessible at all tides so bring your boat and enjoy a day of fishing or cruising around and beach combing at Sapelo Island, St. Catherines Island or Blackbear Islands for the day.
