Come and enjoy the wonderful Arizona weather in the Sun Lakes 55+ community (you can be 40+ to rent here).

Enjoy the golf, pools, and hot tub while you are here.

Sun Lakes is also close to popular restaurants, events, hiking, and shopping.

If you are a sports fan you can enjoy baseball Spring training or the Super Bowl celebrations here in February.

Come and soak up the sun on the backyard patio seating or relax with your family and friends at the bonfire.

This charming Sun Lakes 2 BR/2 BA home includes modern comforts and a bright, airy feel.

This desert home offers an ideal place for enjoying the area's beauty and spending quality time with your loved ones.

Prepare a home-cooked breakfast to begin your day, then venture out for an early tee time, a game of tennis, or a brisk stroll on the walking paths.

After all your favorite activities, relax on the patio or head inside to watch the Smart TVs, Gas Grill | Outdoor Patio w/TV and bonfire pit.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Clubhouse w/pickle ball & tennis courts, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, recreation center, fitness center, golf course, miles of walking paths (direct access from property).

This was an excellent place to stay. The house was bigger than expected, very clean, welcoming and organized. The host was excellent with communications and the house was stocked with anything we could need. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking again.

The home was very clean. It was nicely decorated with very comfortable sofas and recliners. Everything was organized, labeled which took the guess work out of wondering where things were or went. The bed was comfortable. I loved having the filtered water, the use of the bike, the clothes line in the laundry room and lots of hangers.

Cleanliness, thoroughness in providing kitchen items, sleeping arrangements, and overall feeling welcomed! Everybody loved the reclining chairs and sofas. The den sofa made 180 lay back and provided sleeping for two extra people. It was easy to sleep the 4-6 people we had with us.

It was a wonderful week in this lovely home. Even in the middle of summer! Lovely furniture, everything you need in the home to enjoy your time. And the central location in Sun Lakes was perfect for us. We can’t wait to return.

This is a very nice homey place. Jill has everything marked with instructions and it makes it so much easier finding what you need. The house is very well equipped for all your needs. We only used the Master Bedroom and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The communication with Jill was flawless. Highly recommend

I could not have been more impressed, this house was warm and welcoming, very clean, ohh, the organization and amenities, we didn’t have to search for anything, everything was labeled, organized and readily available. The host, oh she was wonderful, so responsive, checked in on us several times as we were in town for a funeral and she made sure we didn’t need for anything at the house. Our next visit, we will 100% check to see if this property is available. I give this a 10 rating!!
