This fabulous space features a comfortable bathroom with shower and kitchenette equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, blender and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail at the bistro table or outside in the courtyard. A queen sleeper sofa makes use of the space to enjoy the 65” flat screen TV and folds out into a comfortable bed at night. The layout is simple yet inviting, perfect for a quick getaway or an extended visit! This beautiful casita offers everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the many lakes the area has to offer and the multiple golf courses and restaurants nearby. A community pool and fitness center are available. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your visit one to remember!

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, communication was excellent, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

What a cute little place! Comfy and clean! Great amenities. The hosts are super responsive to questions. Awesome place for a solo traveler who just needs a bed and the basics! I would stay here again!

This Casita was beyond perfect. Have stayed in many Vrbos and this Casita is second to none. Everything about this place is exceptional. It was clean, roomy, but what makes this place special was the attention to details. Charming place and highly recommend it.

We absolutely LOVED staying at the Casita. Hosts were very accommodating and respectful of our privacy. The unit itself was very clean and despite it being a pull out couch as a bed… the bed itself was quite comfortable with a memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows. Everything was exactly as described. The street and outside noise was nonexistent and we were able to get great sleep. Highly recommend staying here.
Private entrance - hosts used a side gate during our stay.

This casita is sooo cute and perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The hosts left a bunch of little travel goodies in case you needed something on ( which was perfect because i forgot my toothpaste!) Its about 30 mins from downtown Pheonix so keep that in mind when planning your trip. However, there are tons of different places to hike and shop nearby. The fold out bed was not difficult to operate at all. Wi-fi was easy to connect and supported our devices. Definitely would stay here again!

Was visiting some friends in the area that come down for 10 days, once a year. Great place to stay. Free PASS to community fitness center & pools too. Sun Lakes is an awesome city also....look up its history.
