Thank you for the wonderful stay and accommodating a little earlier check-in for my Daughter's wedding rehearsal. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone, it is just a short trip off the freeway to a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking at no charge. The early morning drive to Ohio Street took only 15 minutes. Thee home was extremely well kept, plenty of snacks on hand, the AC operated without problems, TV's in every bedroom - we didn't use but I would imagine a family with children would appreciate. The shower and tub were wonderful, towels for everyone and extra blankets if needed. Our group plans to keep this location handy for future visits. Thanks again for everything.

Way more spacious than the photos show. Also host very responsive if we had an issue they were ready to answer/provide help instantly. Neighborhood quiet and safe and the backyard was AMAZING! Would definitely re book and recommend.

Super clean in great neighborhood

We recently stayed at a lovely this property in Jefferson Park, Chicago, and our experience was fantastic! There were six of us traveling, and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy the great outdoor deck.The location was ideal for us, as we were attending a wedding nearby, and it also provided easy access to downtown Chicago. The property was impressively clean, with nice furniture that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having coffee and a coffee maker ready for our morning brew, along with fresh water. We didn’t have any issues with parking on the street, which was a plus.Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Chicago.

This is a must

We all loved the house. Even though we saw the photo before we rented, we all ( my husband and my adult daughter) were so impressed with the spacious unit and the cleanliness of the place. It was more than 5-star hotel- the location is good , only 10,15 minutes to downtown by driving- it is in a quiet neighborhood and there is always street parking available.- there is plenty supply of coffee , water and snack- the beds are so comfortable- the unit is well layed out and there is always space for your things.- the check in was so quick and easy.My husband and I loved the downstairs unit by ourselves with big tv and comfortable sofa and our own bathroom and king bed.My daughter and my adult son stayed in the tro bedrooms upstairs ( I picked up my son the next day from the airport which is few minutes away. They loved the room and bathroom the shared too. We definitely come back if we visit Chicago and I would recommend people for this house too. Wish we could stay longer. Thank you Guerlain for quick response and for providing us a perfect place to stay.

Perfect stay for our weekend trip

Our stay was very nice, we tried to clean up and make sure everything was out including the-stocking the coffee—very nice to have the coffee available. Several issues that the property owner needs to know

The property was clean and well stocked. Overall a good rental, but the bedding and all linen is washed with a strong scent that was over powering. One guest needed to buy Zertex because it triggered an allergic reaction. You should start washing everything in unscented laundry detergent. The stuff you are using is very unpleasant. So many people today are allergic to perfume and other scents. The dishwasher does not work!! We called the property manager several times and all his “hints” did not work. We tried resetting the DW 20 times, it never worked. In my opinion, there is a clogged line, and it needs to be fixed or replaced.

Wonderful Home

Stayed here with 4 of my family members. House was exactly as it was listed. Had everything we needed and then some. Neighborhood felt safe. Lots of restaurants, grocery, etc. close by. Host was very responsive although I literally only had one question and I think that was user error! Would definitely stay again.

Peaceful

This property is in a great location that is quiet and convenient. The property was extremely clean and had essentials for our stay. This property was a great option for our family to stay together and there was plenty of room for all 6 of us adults. Fantastic place. Most definitely would stay again!!!

Nice Property, but uncomfortable Beds

Overall, we had a good experience at the property. The neighborhood was nice and we were able to park on the street right in front of the property, which was very convenient. It was very convenient to get to downtown Chicago and the airport, and there were lots of stores nearby (we shopped for groceries a couple of times).Our biggest challenge was with the beds. They were extremely firm (hard) and were not comfortable. We had a hard time sleeping well.

Cozy Vibes near Airport

Overall the stay was absolutely wonderful! Couldn't give complete 5 stars only due to the listing mentioned a waffle maker that we couldn't find but we were VERY happy to find an Air fryer on the property. The owner does an amazing job of explaining the rules of the property in the binder close to the door. The space was super cozy with a fireplace and a big enough kitchen to allow everyone o cook together if that's something you like to do. The property parking was first come first serve and could be complicated for those whose aren't used to parallel parking, but first take away from the cozy town or the property itself. If you're looking for a chill cozy spot for family or friends this is a great spot to pick from!!
