We're so happy to hear that our guests loved Villa de La Luz, the great location, and the beautiful pool. Typically, early check-ins are confirmed based on availability. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and guests checked out on the day of their arrival. The guests had to wait a half hour to check in, so we provided a complimentary 30-minute stop to their arrival transfer. We're glad that despite the inconvenience, they had a wonderful time. We look forward to welcoming them to beautiful Cabo again in the future.

We appreciate the review of Villa La Luz and feedback! We're so happy our guests had a fantastic time celebrating in Cabo for the bachelorette party. We are glad they were impressed with Giovani's excellent service during their stay. The Pedregal beach is hazardous due to the undertow, but Medano beach is ideal for swimming and really close! We hope to welcome them again for more Cabo fun!

Thank you for choosing to celebrate your 50th birthday at Villa De La Luz and for sharing your fantastic experience! We're thrilled to hear Villa De La Luz provided the perfect setting for such a special celebration with friends. It's wonderful to know that everyone enjoyed their comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all. We're delighted that everyone loved the catered taco meal and apologize for the oversight with the leftovers, as they typically are given to the guests. The pool and hot tub are ideal for group gatherings, and we're pleased to hear they were a hit. Pedro, our concierge, will be thrilled to hear the kind words about his responsiveness and assistance. Our concierges are also available to assist with transportation, reservations, and excursions throughout any stay. We appreciate the recommendation, and can't wait to welcome them back for another memorable stay!

We greatly appreciate the wonderful feedback! We're so happy that Villa de la Luz was the perfect villa to celebrate the special 50th birthday with 5 couples! Our team strives to provide exceptional service so our guests can enjoy their vacations to the fullest. We have Customer Service available 24/7 to our guests. If your concierge isn't a good fit for any reason, we can assign a different one. We're so glad our guests enjoyed the location and the nearby beach. Seeing the whales is such a wonderful experience. We hope to welcome them back to beautiful Cabo again in the future.

We appreciate the feedback. Guest security and safety are very important to us. We hired a 24-hour security guard for the duration of her stay, all doors now have brand new key code locks, and all sliding doors have been professionally inspected and are secure. We have had 4 reservations following this group and all have been safe. This was a very unfortunate situation and can assure the villa is secure.

We sincerely apologize for any difficulties this guest experienced during their stay. We would like to address some of the concerns they have raised. Firstly, there were no malfunctions to the amenities of the home and is as advertised on the listing. Upgrades to both furnishings and amenities to enhance our guests' comfort have been made since this guest's departure. We acknowledge that the leather cover was showing wear. However, we would like to clarify that the structure of the table itself is in good condition, and we have since replaced the leather cover to maintain its appearance. The pool and Jacuzzi heater are on one unit and is always defaulted to the pool. You must turn on the Jacuzzi to switch the heating element over. This is a common setup in many homes in Cabo, and our house manager always explains this upon guests' arrival. Our concierge only visited when they called to ask for a tablecloth and to show them how to use the Jacuzzi function again. We do not disturb our guests unless they request for us to come to the home. We regret the inconvenience of the wait time for the car seats as this is not typical of our transportation vendor. They are more than happy to assist with luggage when requested upon arrival and departure. We made every effort to provide a comfortable stay and we sincerely apologize that it did not meet their expectations.

We love hearing from our happy guests! We're so glad they enjoyed their vacation at Villa De La Luz and received excellent service from our team. We look forward to welcoming them back for more incredible Cabo memories!
