About the space:
Completed in early 2020, this bright and airy home comfortably sleeps six and is ideally situated within walking distance to all of Livingston’s best spots, including the Yellowstone River, Sacajawea Park, and historic downtown. The airy, light-filled space is tastefully decorated with a mix of new furniture and primitive antiques the owners have collected during their travels.

The open-concept downstairs includes a spacious kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cutlery, a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The cozy living room includes comfy furniture and a working gas fireplace. The TV has a Roku you can use to log in to your accounts on apps like Netflix and Hulu (WiFi is included). The downstairs also offers a half-bathroom and a mudroom with a washer and dryer. An attached one-car garage is available for guests’ use.

Upstairs you’ll find three light-filled bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a bathroom with a huge walk-in shower with dual showerheads, a walk-in closet, and big windows with views over the Absaroka Mountains (unfortunately the view is slightly obscured by the building across the street). A second full bathroom with a bathtub is located off the hallway. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the third offers two twin beds.

Though this home is on a small lot, a small patio outside provides the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. With the river across the street and the park just a short walk away, you won’t be lacking for outside options!
