Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

We had a phenomenal stay at this property. Property manager was very attentive and communication was great! Kids loved the pool and bedrooms. The location is quiet and very safe. Would love to stay here again some day!!

Beautiful Home with everything we needed.

We were very pleased with the home and all it had to offer. The pool was awesome too! It was a short walk to the beach but not bad at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Brand new and clean home!

We loved our short stay here! Very new and very clean! The beds were comfortable and the bunk beds were so fun for the kids! The kitchen had nice appliances and was well equipped without extra clutter. The spacious master bath tub and shower were a highlight!

Great house

A great time had by all! We loved that the house had its own pool. We had some AC issues but they were resolved quickly. Would recommend this home to others. Walking to the beach would be difficult since you have to cross a 4 lane road.

Time will grandchildren

We had a great time. Very clean and everyone enjoyed the private pool. The property manager met us and made things very easy for us and we could text her with any issues (which we didn’t have). We brought our little dog who was made to feel welcome there also. We’ll be doing this again.

Amazing experience!

The house is beautiful and a great floor plan to enjoy time with everyone, but also space for your own privacy, if preferred! It’s close enough to enjoy the beach/ocean, restaurants and shops. Take advantage of the deck off the back, as well as the seating under the house! They feel very private and relaxing. Everything you’d need is there to make a lot of wonderful memories! The host was great also, very helpful!

The perfect beach home with plenty of privacy!

This home was absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice! This home has everything you need for a fantastic beach getaway, plenty of room so everyone has privacy, a private lot, private pool, pool and beach toys and chairs, short walk to the beach through a beautiful peaceful neighborhood, a large kitchen filled with everything you may need to make a delicious meal, and so much more! With that being said the best aspect of this rental is absolutely the host and the owners, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Shari makes this such a smooth and easy process from start to finish, she answered any questions we had very quickly and she gave our family a very warm welcome! If you are looking for the perfect rental close to the beach with privacy for your family this is the place! Thank you Cindy and Patrick for sharing your lovely home with my family, it was truly a vacation to remember!

My name is Shari and I host this property for Cindy and Pat. They built this home with guests in mind. It has all linens and everyday amenities for you to enjoy. It’s nestled about a block off the main road on the sound side. The top floor has views of the intercoastal waterway. It sits on Archers Creek and is 3 walking blocks to the ocean.The master has a large en-suite and is on the first floor along with another queen bedroom with separate bath. The kitchen has a huge island, cabinets galore, and brand new stainless steel appliances. The living room boasts an Italian leather sectional and chairs in front of the 65 inch TV. Upstairs has a large family room with a pullout queen bed couch, game table and a desk/work area. There is 2 more bedrooms that have bunks with a double bottom bed and a twin upper bed. The 3rd bathroom is upstairs with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo. Outdoors, there is a large deck on the back where you can relax and watch the wildlife that lives at the creek. Take in the views of the creek and sound. A brand new inground pool to relax after a beach day. Under the home is a large concrete patio with propane gas grill and outdoor enclosed shower. Bar stools, table, chairs in grilling area. There is off street parking for vehicles and 3 sets of stairs to get you into the home. Whether it’s a family vacation or a couples get away, this is the perfect home for you.!
