Romantic or Family getaway, this home has it all. Hot tub, fire pit, private dock with Boat lift and unbelievable sunsets over the beautiful waterway. Relax, swim, play, kayak, etc, you will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun. Large parking area behind the home. Bring your boat or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island (1/4 mile away) or go spend the day at a beautiful sandbar! 3 miles to beaches, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium & Fort Macon.

Every room in this home has beautiful views. The master bedroom has one entire wall of windows from where you can see the Intracoastal waterway. Desk can also be used as an office. Kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and chairs. We provide a pack n play, a high chair, toys, & games for the little people. Our home does sit on a busy road, but once you pull in the driveway you feel completely secluded.

4th Bedrm (Bunk House) - Full Futon & Twin/ Living Rm - Full sofa bed and One Queen Air mattress

Downtown Swansboro is 1/4 mile away. If you have a boat you can drive to Swansboro, tie the boat to the dock and enjoy a delicious meal. If you pull a boat, getting into the driveway with a trailer can be a little tricky but it can be done. We have pulled our 20ft dually, even a 32ft camper in there. 3 miles to Emerald Isle beach, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. Every now and then on a King Tide the water can rise to about an inch on the driveway, but recedes quickly with the tide change.
I. The washer and dryer are located in the bunk house next to the main house. It is included with your rental.
II. There is a full size futon and twin bed, Window AC unit, and full bathroom in the bath house that you are able to use. We recently installed a 120` projector screen for your enjoyment.
III. Swimming is recommended on the right side and at the end of the dock. The current is very strong at times. We require anyone 14 and under to wear life-jackets. No diving allowed. Lastly, it can get very shallow on the sides of the dock at low-tide.

My stay was amazing here. I loved the scenery and the privacy in the back. The house was very clean and made me and my guest feel like we were at home. The house isn’t far from plenty of restaurants to eat at. I loved house the house came with the bunk house for people to stay in also. The owners provided shampoo, conditioner and soap in each shower.

The property was very family and pet friendly! Contact with the host was great! View was amazing even in the rain. The house could have used a bit more thorough cleaning as we found socks under beds, and in the pull out couch and some dishes were dirty when removing them from the cupboard but overall we could deal with it. There are only 3 bathrooms.

The communication and check-in was a breeze. The view was an instant mental reset, especially at sunrise and sunset! Very safe and relaxing atmosphere. The table tennis was entertaining for all ages. The kitchen and sink are generously sized. Will likely be fixed by busy season but. a couple of pointers to stayers in the near future: the ice machine ?may not work well? (or could've been user error or maint needed)front bathroom toilet isn't broken, just jiggle the handle after useI only saw 3 bathrooms (all with showers) if that matters to you : it worked for us :-)

Beautiful sunset views from the hot tub or firepit. Private dock with direct access to the ICW and a quick boat ride to the ocean, small islands and restaurants.

We had a wonderful weekend trip at this property! The sunset at the dock in the back yard was lovely and the house was a quick drive from the beach. The host was accommodating and quick to respond.

Space was overall great. Master suite was exactly what I needed for getting ready for our wedding for all the bridespeople and even held the reception here because the living room was big enough as well as the private driveway which was huge! Property has a private dock which was lovely and even a hot tub. The hose was very responsive and professional. We did run into dirty sheets and an unclean fridge but the host was apologetic and overall was a good experience. Would book with them again.

We were very disappointed! The house shows signs of age and wear. The bathrooms were outdated, and the bedrooms lacked sufficient sound insulation from street noise. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor of muddy water emanating from outside, and the bedding was in need of replacement.

Great place and location!

This house was very spacious for my family!It was in a great location, close to the beach.We loved the boat dock because we fished right off of it. We honestly had more luck there than the pier, but the pier is very close to the house which was great!The place was overall very clean.We ran into some issues with a couple of blankets having stains.We requested replacement and had different ones within an hour which was great.Communication was quick and easy with no issues.One thing of warning is we went during a time it rained a few times.The entrance to the house does not have a cover over the entrance way so when it rains, water goes into the entrance making it a mess all over the floor.Overall we loved this place and would be happy to come back again some time!You will enjoy it!

Perfect family fun

We take a family trip to the beach every year, but as our family grows, it gets harder and harder to find a place we can afford. This home was perfect! The grown / single kids stayed in the fourth bedroom outside of the house. My husband, myself, our 8 year old, and our oldest with her two children (9 months and 2 years) stayed in the house. There was no need to leave the house. The water was perfect for fun for all ages. They had a ball. We celebrated a first beach trip for the baby and a 21st birthday for one of the older kids. Lots of great memories made. The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need or want. The owners communicated with me through every question I had.

Perfect stay

My wife and I are in the middle of building our dream home, to say we needed a vacation was an understatement! I found myself booking a trip last minute, and of course had to bring my 3 dogs to enjoy it with us! I messaged the property manager, asking if 3 dogs was ok, which he answered a very quick, yes! The property manager’s communication was very prompt! Once we got to our vacation spot, we were met with a secluded, beautiful home on the water! It was more than we could’ve hoped for! Our nights were spent in the hot tub or relaxing by the fire at night! The house is very spacious and well kept! I highly recommend this as your next vacation spot!! You will not be disappointed!

Everything we needed

This property, had everything we needed. Fishing for my husband, and grandkids. Kayaking and paddle boarding. Fire pit for s’mores, and a hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. We saw dolphins most of the days we were there. This property was prefect for our vacation.

Loved it!

Lived nearby the property a few years back and had a retirement ceremony to attend on base. It was just my dog and I, and it couldn’t have been any better! It was in a great location, clean and spacious, and the next time I have a reason to head back to NC I will definitely hope to stay here again… highly recommended!

6 nights thru up to Jan 2. Family Christmas Party on Sat. We had plenty of space for adults and kids to party and not feel crowded. And enough space for those who could stay over nights. I grew up here in Swansboro, NC. I was privileged to serve in the Marine Corps from 93-97. I work with rental properties and own a remodeling company. I am so blessed to enjoy this life with my beautiful wife and five children.

You will not find a more beautiful sunset than the East Coast of North Carolina, especially as it sets over the islands behind this lovely home. You can sit on the back dock or at the firepit and relax watching God's beauty. Watch the yachts come drifting by. The home is extremely inviting, but the backyard is like your very own piece of paradise. Our home does sit right off of hwy 24, but once you pull in you feel like you are miles away from everything.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR UP TO 14 GUESTS...
I. Master bedroom - king bed (sleeps 2) (plenty of room for a pack and play or another air mattress)
II. Twin Room - two twins (sleeps 2)
III. Full Room - Full bed (sleeps 2)
IV.Living Rm-3 queen air mattresses(sleeps 6) Couch- is not a pullout(but can sleep 2)
V. Bath House - (AC provided) Queen air mattress (sleeps 2) (This will be remodeled and updated by May of 2022, and will have a full bed or two twins). Note: There is a full-bathroom in this separate bath house.

6 foot x 15 foot floating mat provided for your enjoyment around the dock.
Kayaks and paddleboard can be rented for $50.00 (per kayak) for your entire stay!
