Enjoy your next vacation at Shores Club! This modern, fully-furnished getaway offers beautiful sunrise views of the Atlantic off your private, furnished balcony, or from your living room. It has a well-equipped kitchen with white subway tile backsplash, open, industrial-style kitchen shelves, large kitchen island. All counter tops are marble. Washer and dryer is attached to the condo along with beach chairs, umbrella, floats and buggy boards. Guests of this rental will enjoy a year round heated pool, BBQ area, tennis, basketball courts, and fitness room. With a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and a no-drive stretch of beach, there is plenty of safe area here for the kids to play. Out door eating area and artificial grass area for games and enjoyment.

Centrally located, this condo is just a short drive from Daytona nightlife or Ponce Inlet dining and marinas . A few miles south will land you at Off the Hook Harbor and Marina or the Hidden Treasure Bar & Grill, both of which are local favorites. Check out the Marine Science Center or enjoy some offshore fishing at the Critter Fleet. And if you drive north, Daytona offers the boardwalk with local shops, arcades, rides, miniature golf, and live music at the bandshell. Enjoy the Nut Cracker Ballet at Christmas time, or the Boat Parade of lights in St. Augustine.

Parking notes: All guests are required to register each vehicle. If guests arrive later than 3:00 PM, the registration cards are located on the table in the lobby near the elevators right across from the TV. Please fill the form out and leave it in the Manager's folder slot which is located down the two step stairs that leads to the pool area. The manager will receive the card on the next business day.
ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS ALLOWED. Shores club condominium is a very strict condominium. They do not want to violate any laws and they follow procedures effectively.

Each condo allows one assigned parking spot in the garage located across from the lobby. You will have a garage remote in your assigned rental property for the exact number unit that you are allowed. If you rented a specific number unit, that number will be applied to your garage spot on the wall in the garage. Please reach out to your Local Operations Manager for any questions that you may have in regards to assigned parking. Please note, the garage remote is your sole responsibility to replace where you picked it up from on the counter in the unit. If not replaced, there will be a &75.00 replacement fee.

Please note, if you park any type of trailer or any other vehicle that has not been registered in an assigned spot, you will be towed and we will not be responsible. Any fees or any fines whatsoever will be the guests responsibility. HOA in all Daytona Beach Shores, FL are not allowed to have trailers parked in the property parking lot or garage.
