Loud noise from construction started at the beginning of our stay. We had to leave early due to the noise. We didn't have direct access to the pool because of the construction until we complained. The noise was also loud in the pool area. The pounding and drilling will go on for 8 to 12 weeks

Great location amenities and parking

We enjoyed beach at easy access and nice pool. Convenient to wash sand away facets.Nice patio and views. It was alittle outdated but everything was very clean. Nice equipped kitchen and nice mattress for a good nights sleep.Hot tub was broke our whole stay.

Wonderful Stay

I broght my parents and daughter for a short getaway. My dad is wheelchair bound and this unit was PERFECT for him. All the doors were wide enough for his wheelchair, tall toilet. Everything was perfect. We will be back and really ejoyed the property.

Highly recommend! Great location and place!

This was our first time booking at this location and we absolutely loved this condo unit!! We had a great experience and the place was nice and clean. Very friendly welcoming environment!! The pool and Jacuzzi are new and we really enjoyed it!! will definitely be booking this unit again on our next Daytona trip!

Family beach time!

We enjoyed our stay. We live locally and just wanted a weekend getaway. The condo was clean and accurately described. We had a little issue with the hot water in the master bathroom ( water didn’t get hot). We had some noisy neighbors one night, but thankfully, they left the next day.

Overall pretty good.

Everything was great. Only one complaint about the whole stay was that the AC wasnt very efficient. It never got under 74 inside the condo and this is with the patio doors and curtains closed for over 24 hour periods. 74 isnt bad when its 85 and sunny outside but it is rather uncomfortable when trying to sleep. Other than that my family and i were very pleased and would like to use this condo again in the near future.

Property is dated. Some furnishings need spot cleaning and some deck chairs need replacing. Drawers in extra bedroom did not work easily and that closet had leftover construction materials stored. Property owner was very responsive.

Great place and location

We all enjoyed our stay. This place had everything we were looking for- 2bdrm/2bath, kitchen, living room looking out at the beach, great location, and having the pier restaurant next door was nice and convenient after being on our bikes all day. Would stay here again.

Overall, enjoyed our stay

Room was clean and comfortable. The only issues we had were the lack of towels, no washcloths, and no broom. The front desk notified housekeeping and she brought everything we needed plus a vacuum:)

Very disappointed

Link was fault advertising. There was no pool. This was our first beach vacation for this summer. I feel like the owner should have taken down the pool picture as for it under construction. I could’ve stay at a better place, our main reason was for my kids to enjoy the pool. The was stated “recently renovated” (false) you can tell the carpet was old the moment you stepped into the place, baseboard were not even installed. Bathroom shower door were loose (so don’t touch it, I didn’t find out until my son was try hold it). Overall, I think we overpaid for this place.

Very disappointing

Our family chose this rental for a beach weekend getaway. Upon check-in, we faced our first issue, which should have forecast what was to come. The receptionist did not have any record of our name or reservation information. We had to show confirmation of our reservation and that we paid for the weekend. After several minutes of back and forth, we were finally given keys to access our rental. We had a funny feeling about everything but decided to go to our room anyway. Once we entered our room, we were greeted with the smell of trash, unmade beds, towels scattered all over the floor, sandy beach equipment everywhere, and old food in refrigerator. After contacting the front desk, it was revealed that a cleaning service was never hired to clean the space after former renters had left 3 days prior. To the receptionist’s credit, she was able to finally get the owner on the phone and promptly get a cleaning crew to do a quick session. The cleaning crew that arrived was super helpful & did their best. They did a great job, it was still challenging to not question the cleanliness of everything in the condo during our stay. Another issue we faced was that the VRBO listing stated that the pool was renovated as of 3/2024. However, the pool was still under construction and not available for use (we stayed in 5/2024). Much of the back of the building was blocked off by a chain-link fence. This was very disappointing. Everything was a lie.

This condo was basic. really not worth the money they charge. The cleaning lady wants a tip for services she doesn't do well. Dishes where dirty and still had food on them. The couch and chair are nasty. They smell of wet moldy cloths.

Plug-in in the master bath does not work. Toilet paper not stocked and had to go buy some. No pot holders for getting food out of oven. Other than that, everything was great!!!

Good for a quick trip

This place was good for what we needed for just a couple of nights after being at Disney. Might I suggest some upgrades on the bed pillows along with some room darkening curtains in the master bedroom. Even though this is on the driving part of the beach, it was still relatively quiet at the time we were there. We weren't elbow to elbow with folks nor was there an inordinate amount of driving traffic.
