Fun package included! 6 seat golf cart, 2 paddle-boards, collapsible beach sand pull cart, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. All items used at your own risk. Guests use golf cart, pool, dock and water toys at their own risk.

(City Noise Ordinance from 10pm to 8am, No Music or loud noise between hours of 10pm and 8am) This is not a party house. If your group is looking to have loud party, please book elsewhere. After 10pm, No noise on the back patio, no music or yelling. Respect the neighbors! Violators will be fined and asked to leave.

* 1 Camera is located on the outside of the home, directed at the golf cart. This is only used to keep an eye on the golf cart when the property is not occupied** There is also a noise decibel reader on the back patio, to make sure there is no noise disturbances after 10pm, per city ordinances. *
