This was a great home for our extended family of 6 adults and 4 small children. Our own private West facing pool(very hard to find) and steps away from the beach and ocean. The best of both worlds and greatly desired with our little children & varied naps. We enjoyed the beach and ocean while they were awake and then the pool while they napped. Never having to give up being outside. The location was very convient to Clearwater with its pier, excursions, and aquarium. The grocery store was also close. There was a quaint indoor/outdoor restaurant steps from the house that we sampled a few times and a convient store for quick supplies. Though we rarely left the property, I also know that St. John's Pass was just south of us had we wanted to do any shopping, as was Clearwater. The home was very clean and well maintained. Each adult couple had their own room with bath and the kids each had bunk bed rooms. The 2 balconies offered great ocean and sunset views. It has a large kitchen and island for meal time and another large table out on the deck. Plus a recreation area off the pool area but we never really used this. The garage is a very tight squeeze. We rented 2 minivans and we had pull them all the way in touching the back wall to close the garage doors. Also, the only direct pool access, other than using the side (front) door and walking around the yard, was through the lower floor bedroom. We had a small issue with the kitchen icemaker not working so we just bought a bag of ice. There is a second frig in the garage. We had payed for pool heat but it must not have been working properly. Management did refund me after we got home.The only reason I gave management a 4 was I felt the "checkin" person was not very helpful. We arrived later in the evening so I understand why she wasn't there to meet us, like it said in the email, but she had the lights turned on for us. I informed her right away of the icemaker and of the pool heat but no f/u.
