Perfect stay for the kids! It was nice sleeping in comfy beds and pillows! Tons of blankets and towels! Host was always there for us during our stay!

The beach house was the perfect getaway with our friends ! I rate this place 10/10!The proximity to the beach was unbeatable, and we loved sipping coffee by the pool with the ocean view. The house was exactly as described, incredibly clean, and well-equipped with coffee pot, cooking utensils, crockpot for all the good dips, beach chairs, pool floats, and grill. Only thing I would recommend is a cooler to be available for guest to use to keep drinks cold and bag boards for entertainment. The host was highly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!" Thank you!

This house was a dream! We loved the decor, comfortable beds, outdoor area, and the proximity to the beach! The heated pool was a bonus we didn’t know we needed, but with the cooler temps we were able to swim at any time of day. The sand on the beach here was clean and we were able to walk to the ocean without shoes but we were still able to find seashells. The best of both worlds! Our evenings were wrapped up with some of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen! We then got to sleep in very clean and comfortable beds, which my 90 year old grandmother described as ‘sleeping in a cloud.’ The check out process was easy (we were not required to strip beds or do excessive clean up). There were even some extra public parking spaces across the road for when a few local friends stopped by to say hello. We truly felt like we were home while staying here and I hope to be able to come back in the future! The only potential concerns to mention for others would be that there is no bathtub, just showers in the bathrooms and, with the nearby public parking, I would recommend setting up your beach spot early in the morning because the beach does fill up a bit by 10am. I would highly recommend this property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was wonderful for our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 teenagers). It was very clean and beautiful inside and out. The pool and outdoor space is amazing. It was literally 100 steps from the pool deck to the ocean. There were tons of beach and pool supplies in the shed. It is conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Many were within walking distance. Property management was kind and responsive. The negatives are that the shower heads and hot water tank could use an upgrade. It took a long time for the water to heat up and the shower heads were small and outdated. The master shower randomly lost hot water twice whenever nobody else was running water in the house. Also, the double bed was a bit too small and firm for our 2 teenage children. Bunk beds would have been a better option in the 3rd bedroom. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

This property walks right out onto the beach. I sat and read, looking at the gulf in the morning, drinking coffee. As a family, we could come and go from the beach as we wished. The property was clean and modern. The pool was excellent. The sunsets were amazing. Its more than we usually spend on a rental, but it was worth it.

The house was very nice and updated. Great kitchen and open living/eating area. We were able to spend wonderful quality time with our adult children and 3 grandchildren ages 2 and under. Beautiful ocean views to enjoy coffee each morning. And just a quick 70 steps straight onto the beach. We were able to set up our canopy and spot by the water each morning and come back to the house as needed and still be able to keep an eye on our things out there. The pool is a bit on the smaller size but still refreshing! If it had 1 extra bedroom and bathroom it would make this the perfect family spot!
