気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Unacceptable!
Oh where to begin with this “mansion”…
1. The address associated with the house is different than the actual address. We showed up to the wrong house the first time because there were two different addresses linked to this house. Starting off strong!
2. As soon as you walk into the house, you’ll notice a decently sized hole on the couch as well as dust bunnies like you've never seen before on the ceiling.
3. As we walked around the house, we noticed a humongous dead COCKROACH on the floor. How was this not cleaned/addressed during the cleaning before we took over the rental for the weekend?
4. There were flies / bugs all over the place. Kitchen? Yes. Bed rooms? Yes. UNDERNEATH THE COMFORTER? YES. It was filthy.
5. Out of the 6 bedrooms, 5 of the sheets had miscellaneous liquid stains on them. It’s was the most disgusting bedding I’ve ever seen. There is NO chance that these were cleaned. NO CHANCE.
6. Curtains had blood / killed bugs squished on to them. As much as I want to hope it was bugs, I think it was blood.
7. All of the closet doors were broken. fridge / freezer doors were falling off the hinges.
You do not feel safe here. It is dirty, stinky, and honestly inhabitable. We tried contacting to owner several times. He was rude when he did answer which was not often. We left within the hour. Do not get fooled by the pictures and reviews.
