The host was very personable. The house was amazing with all the perks included. I would definitely recond this property to others and make sure to look for this listing when Im on the area again.

What a great set-up

We were a group of 16 taking both of Yolande's houses - so a total of 8 bedrooms. The main or larger home with the pool and grill area became our "gathering place". Because it covers 2 homes (less than a 2 minute walk between them) it meant we were not "on top of one another". Yolande took great care in making sure we understood all of the mean features and "little touches" of each property. The kitchens were well equipped and there was plenty of nearby options for getting our groceries. We all loved our stay and would definitely re-book.

Beautiful vacation homes

We had an amazing stay! These properties were perfect for our family of 15. It had more than enough bedrooms so that each couple could be more than comfortable while staying together. The homes and interior decor are absolutely gorgeous- as beautiful as the pictures are, they do not do justice! The pool and deck in the main house feel like you're at a resort and were perfect for the kids and family to enjoy together. Definitely make sure to use the outdoor shower in the main house! It is a whole experience in itself! Yolande is an incredible host and was very communicative with us throughout the whole process. She lives just across the street so she is able to provide anything you need, whether it be an extra propane tank for the grill, or an extra garbage bin, etc. She is very committed to making sure you have a great experience in her properties. The location is great, you are very close to the beach and many other activities. However, if you are walking from one home to the other at night, be sure to use the buddy system. Otherwise, this is an amazing place to stay and we hope that we will have the pleasure to possibly stay here again in the future! Highly recommend if you are visiting South Florida!

Horrible Stay

If you are looking for an enjoyable vacation with friends and family, then don't book this house. This was the worst experience that I've had with Vbro. First, I had friends and family arriving at different times, and per the website, check- in is 4 p.m., however; the hosts would not allow anyone to enter until I arrived at 9 p.m. Normally, when you stay at a vacation home the host will send out the instructions that week, and you will receive access to the property the day of check-in. This HOST did not provide the rules of the house until I arrived, and did a walk through the house with me, like this was our first time ever being in a vacation home, which made us feel very uncomfortable. As well as I received a text messages from the host regarding quite hours from 8:00pm until 9:00 am, which was unpleasant. I also received a text message asking what time I was checking out of the house. Finally, upon departure she wanted to do a walk-through prior to us checking out the house. Which should never happen. You're required to pay a deposit, along with purchasing property damage insurance in case of any incidentals. So a Host should never enter the property until you have completely checked out. For the amount of money that you spend on these houses, you're better off staying at a hotel for a week.

My 2-day stay in Hallendale Beach

This 2-property rental was very appropriate for our party of 11 family members. Both houses were clean and well-maintained, with full modern kitchens and washer/dryers in each. The main house had a very nice well-lit pool and patio area. The only downsides to the rental was the lack of enough bathrooms (only 2 in one house and one in the other) and the neighborhood- which, although only 2 minutes from I-95 and @ 5 minutes from Hallendale Beach, was not in an upscale or resort area.

I have been in Miami for the last 30 years arriving just 2 weeks before Andrew (the 1992 devastating hurricane). I love this part of Florida multicultural where you will hear many different foreign languages. I am French and hearing all the French Canadian snow birds invading this area in winter is fun.

Both properties are all set up for a comfortable stay, completely furnished with all linen, toiletries, kitchen utensils with cookware, pots and pans, all paper supplies: paper tower, toilet paper, napkins. All you need to buy is groceries.
These 2 properties can accommodate a large group, family members or business meetings while making it private and comfortable. There are 2 of everything: 2 kitchens, several living rooms/den/office/ BBQ, multiple outdoor covered terraces etc.. , a pool and an outdoor shower.

You can walk to the closest restaurant and transportation within minutes. Hallandale Beach oceanfront is only 2 miles away, so you can walk to the beach if you feel you need to exercise.
